Chapter 8

Cassidy's POV

I ran back home as fast as I could but it felt like forever. I felt tears coming from my eye all I could think was please no one be hurt.

I finally reach home and ran inside and looked around. I slowly gripped the knife still in my hand as I reach the living room,I looked in and saw my mom,dad,brothers and sister sitting on the couches. I stood in the door way covered in blood. I took a deep breath and dropped the knife and fell on the floor.

"What the hell" Hunter said and everyone looked at me in shock.

"What happened to you" mom said come over to me and so did everyone else.

"Did anyone see you?" dad asked

"Why" Frankie asked dad

"Because if anyone saw her come in this house like that it could be trouble to my image it could be ruined" he said not caring about me at all.

"Really?" Miles said and I got up picked up the knife and took it outside and threw it away. I went back inside and straight to the shower. I said nothing to them that's because I killed someone. After my shower I went to bed and fell asleep.

"CASSIDY" I heard Hunter scream from downstairs. I quickly got out of bed and walked downstairs. I stood there in shock. Blood everywhere and everyone was dead except hunter.

"What happened" I asked looking at my mom's,dad's,Mile's,and Frankie's dead body's on the floor.

"I-i don't know I called the police already" he said crying.

I looked around and saw the safe my dad keeps "important" things. I ran over to it and unlocked it and grabbed a gun from it.

"We have to leave quickly" I said pull hunter over of the house.

Zig

"Zig" I whispered I grabbed the keys and throw hunter in the car and drove off to zig.

I reached zig house and banged on the door until someone opened and it was zig.

"Zig" I said. He just smiled at me and I quickly hugged him.

I put my hands around his neck and felt something drip down my arm I looked up and saw blood dripping from my arm and I pulled away my arms and saw Zig's neck was slit and blood was just falling out.

"Zig?" I asked backing up but he just smiled at me. I saw him slowly fall side way and hit the ground.

"CASSIDY" I quickly opened my eye and saw miles standing in front of me.

"You were scream in you sleep" he said

It was just a nightmare.

I quickly hugged miles. "Um you okay" he asked hugging back.

"Yeah" I said not letting go of miles.

"Well go back to sleep and i'll see you in the morning" he said and I let go of him. He walked out of my room. I sat there looking out my window till I fell asleep.

"Cassidy" I heard Frankie's voice say.

I opened my eyes and saw her standing in front of me.

"Yeah"

"Well the police are here to see you" she said

"Okay" I said not wanting anything to seem weird even though I can home cover in blood.

Frankie left and I quickly got changed and went downstairs. I walked to the front door and opened and saw two police.

"Hello Cassidy Hollingsworth?" one of the police said/asked

"Um yes" I said walking outside and shut the door behind me.

"Well we found out everything and because he was wanted and he raped you and also other little girls and he locked you in his basement and was mostly going to kill you. You'll have to do community service" the police man explained

"That's all" I asked very gratefully
"Yes we will contact you everything else" they said

"Thank you" I said and watched them go.

I ran inside and called zig.

Zig-Hello

Cassidy-Hey zig the police stopped but my house and said all i have to do is community service.

Zig-That's great but will you have time for me

Cassidy-Always

Zig-well what about now

Cassidy-sounds great
