No Surprise

SO SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING SOONER, I HAVE JUST BEEN BUSY- AND LAZY- AND JUST COULDN'T FIND INSPIRATION... SO TO ANYONE THAT ACTUALLY READS THIS IM SORRY!

Tina's scream was deafening, Dave came in just as she fainted. He looked confused, then he saw Julie outside and he looked like a raging bull.

"What have you done?! You are not meant to show anyone you stupid girl!!! Its why we are living here, to start again and you are already going around showing everyone!!!!!!"

Julie's smile was wiped off her face,"she has a pendant, that means she's special!" Julie was sitting on her bed now, picking at her nails.

"We don't know that yet! Her Aunt could have just found it somewhere!"

"Listen to yourself... Pendant, Aunt, her freaking last name for christ's sake! It all connects!" Julie and Dave bickered back and forth, while Misha just stood there, nursing Tina. She knew what they were talking about, it was the secret she hadn't told anyone, and they knew- well thought they knew.

"Um... I know what you are talking about, I am 'special' if thats what you are calling it." Misha's voice was just heard by Dave over the yelling.

"Wait, what?" They both turned and looked at the girl.

"I can't teleport or whatever, I can just do this..." Misha put Tina's head on a pillow and stood up. Her body started shimmering, and right in front of Julie and Dave, she transformed into Julie.

"I told you," Julie just whispered then smiled, "I was right!"

"O.K stop asking me all these questions I can't keep up!" Misha, Julie, and Dave has relocated to the kitchen, so Julie and Dave bombarded Misha with questions.

"Fine just tell us basically what happened." Dave sat back in the wooden chair and lit a cigarette, he has stressed out.

"Sure. Well, Mum and Dad died on my 13th birthday, and my Aunt has been looking after me since. About 2 weeks after my 13th, I started having really bad cramps. At first I just thought it was puberty, so I asked Aunt Kyla about it and she told me to sit down. She explained to me that when Mum first found out I was going to be born, some government people came to her. They asked Mum if they could experiment on me, they promised it wouldn't hurt me, just make me special. See Mum and Dad weren't making much money, and the government said they would pay, so they agreed. They didn't know what was going to be different about me, as whatever they injected into me has different effects on different people. Aunt Kyla explained that I should just relax whenever I started cramping, so I did. Then she gasped, and I had transformed into her. After awhile, I could just transform at will, but I didn't show anyone. Aunt Kyla didn't want anyone to know, plus she found it freaky that I could transform into anyone... So I kept it a secret and Kyla said one day the government will take me to a lab and run tests then I can just go live my life." Misha looked up from her hands, and saw Dave looking at her. "What?"

"Well, it wasn't the government. It was 'Flame' hence the necklace. They are an organisation that specify in helping humans into evolving so we can last longer on earth. The government hates the idea, and wants all Flame children locked away. Your parents would have been apart of Flame, as were Julie's, and I believe they sacrificed themselves for you. Julie's mother died in childbirth, while her father died when she was 6. He took a bullet for Julie. I am Julie's mum's brother, and her guardian. Flame looked for family members that weren't apart of their organisation so it would be harder for people to capture the children. But I was given a specific instruction, come back to Flame 30 days after Julie's 16th birthday." Dave smiled at Julie and Misha, "So you guys are going to become friends since in 28 days, you both will be at the institute."
