4. For small party bags get disposable gloves, fill them with candy and then tie them! You now have quick and cheap Halloween party bags!
5. Put small plastic creepy crawlies in ice cubes to spook your guests!
6. Draw faces on cups then put lights under them while they are upside down to light a path:

7. Cover a pumpkin with glow in the dark paint for a spooky decoration!
8. Cut the top of a pumpkin off and empty it, then place a bowl inside and you have a pumpkin bowl!
