(A/N: Okay, guys, let's play a game of find the typos!)
Glacier sat down, and Twilight was eerily quiet. "Is something wrong, Twilight?"
"Listen, Glacier. I'll teach you a few things, but..."
"But what?"
"Glacier, I have to find a way to turn you back. Back into a pegasus."
"Back into a...why?"
"Celestia must've turned you into an alicorn by mistake! It isn't natural. It isn't supposed to happen. You never thought that your duties were real, did you? Everypony knows that winter is a simple occurrence of nature."
"You've got to be kidding me. You don't believe in me at all."
"Glacier, that's not-"
"How could I have been such a fool?! I trusted you. I thought that you could help me. I considered you as a friend."
"Glacier, we're still friends." She summoned an ice sword, and stabbed it into the wood of the treehouse floor. "This is where the line is drawn. Goodbye, Twilight." She turned tail and left, shocked by her friend's betrayal. How could Twilight have stayed with her all of this time, but suddenly turn her back on her? Back in Canterlot, she passed Thunder, not realizing that he had greeted her. She collapsed on her bed, looking out of the window. Canterlot was silent. The castle was silent. Life was silent. A few hours later, a knock sounded at the door. "Come in." Glacier murmured. Thunder opened the door hesitantly, still armored from his last shift. "Is something wrong, Glace? You were pretty quiet and in a hurry to get to your room."
"Well, you'll be happy to know that I won't be leaving Canterlot too often anymore."
"Why?"
"Twilight doesn't believe in me. She doesn't think that I do anything, and we are no longer friends."
"Glacier...I'm not happy. You two should meet again, and she'll apologize. It'll all work out."
"No, it won't. It isn't that easy. When I feel like somepony is doubting me...I don't want them around. I want somepony who believes in me no matter what. You are that pony, Thunder. That's all I need."
"I appreciate that."
"Go get some rest, Thunder. Don't worry about me."
"I can't not worry about you. I love you too much." Glacier got up and hugged him. "I love you, too, but you need to get some rest. You said you wanted to do something before your shift tomorrow morning, remember?"
"You're right. I better go. Good night." She smiled, and he left. The next morning, Glacier got up early, due to Thunder's request. She knocked on his door, and he opened it quickly. "Come on." They went to the royal garden, and Thunder sighed. The sun was beginning to rise. "Nice morning, isn't it?"
"Thunder, don't tell me that you asked me to wake up at 5:30 just to tell me how the sun looks..."
"Right, right, right, right. I wanted you here to ask you something."
"What is it?"
"Glacier, I-"
"Thunder, your shift starts now!" Silver called. "You little..."
"What was that?" He shot back, slightly surprised by his friend's aggression. "Coming in a second!" Silver rolled his eyes and went back to his post. Glacier noticed that Thunder was holding something. "What's that?"
"Oh, never mind. Bye, Glacier." He trotted over to Silver, and cuffed him on his ear. "You idiot! I was in the middle of something!"
"You're always busy with your marefriend. What, were you going to propose to her or something?" Thunder didn't respond. "Thunder...were you actually going to propose to her?" Silver asked again, his tone more serious. Thunder scowled, ready to strike Silver with a lightning bolt. He thought better of it, and Silver sighed. "I'm sorry, Thunder. If I knew you were-"
"Shut up, Silver. It's too late."
"N-no, it's not too late. Just go back and-"
"You ruined it."
"I'll make it up to you. Promise."
"Yeah. Sure." He trotted ahead to his room, and put on his armor. "Sweet Celestia, why does everything go wrong?"
