Jone didn't find any significance behind that fortune. His "lost" one was safe in her home, away from that evil Overseer of Clocks. This place seemed safer as there weren't any death clocks. Although Jone was in another dimension, he could still feel the presence of the people who had been experimented with in that building.
Mr. Hatter had always wanted to make the world better, he was also always crazy too, however. He decided to take a group of people and perform various experiments on them. He was also fully funded by the government to perform these experiments. It all started in the late 1920's in the beginning of the Great Depression. The first experiment ever performed was the drink experiment. This drink would persuade people that the time of darkness that was going on was nothing but a small worry that would be taken care of as soon as possible. It was nothing. This made the people go insane. They started drinking things such as salt water which they thought was the drink that told them that everything was alright. But no, Mr. Hatter decided this wasn't going to work and that he must get rid of all of the drink. Most of the people died in the Reveal House. This wasn't all, however. More experiments followed in subsequent years. This was however before Mr. Hatter "died." He supposedly died many years before any more experiments were performed. There have been sightings of him since, and he has denied everything.
However, he performed a magic trick on himself and a surgery too because by this time he had become an "amateur doctor/scientist." He had always wanted this to be his profession before he found magic. He had of course decided to experiment with his community first.
Mr. Hatter had been ill for a while, and so he decided to hold off on anymore experiments until his surgery was complete.
In the 1950's he decided to use the television to perform experiments. Television by this time had begun to control the minds of the world. If Mr. Hatter could get a slot on TV at least once a week, he'd have the minds thinking in the "right" way in no time. He began with a show called "The Little Monkey." This show was of course geared towards the child's demographic and so he decided to put things in television show such as playing with fire and cutting objects for he was indeed crazy and senile on top of that. He thought that this would change the world and make it a better place if kids would destroy all the bad things in the world. He just added more hate and violence in the world. The show was taken off the television and Mr. Hatter was arrested for displaying violence and hate on the television. The Reveal House (on Earth) closed in later years and was later remodeled into a house. Mr. Hatter wouldn't let the Reveal House just slip away. He slipped out of the prison through a magic trick. He has not been found since.
