It was the full moon tonight. Willow gets her wolf, so do I. I ran through the bushes in search of food for willow. After all she was starving.
I got back with a couple of rabbits, rats and deer. I placed them inside of our cave and we began to eat. I looked at willow while she was eating. She gobbled the first rat in one second, literally. I still chewed on my deer.
Once we had finished it was getting dark outside. "I should get to my house, my dad is probably really worried about me." I shook my head. "We have to wait till tomorrow, you still need to shift." I told her "your right, I'll probably just tell him I fainted in the woods which I did but I will say it differently." I smiled at her.
Once it was nightfall we went out to a near by clearing. "Ok, when you shift for the first time, remember that it will hurt, a lot. But you get used to it for a while." She looked at her watch. I looked at it too. It was quarter to twelve. "You will shift in about 15 minutes, but don't worry, it'll be fine."
She nodded. I told her that before you shift you have to go on all fours and that your clothes will tear a bit. But not fully. I told her so many random stuff that I forgot about the time and she looked at her watch. "One minute." She had a worried look on her face. I hugged her.
She then started screaming "it's happening!!" I told her to go on all fours, and she did. Multiple pops and cracks filled her body and I could see the amount of pain she was in by her face. After two minutes she completed her shift and I turned into my wolf too.
'Hello Victoria. My name is Felicia.' My new wolf told me in a soft voice. I could see willow was talking to her wolf too. So I mind-linked her. 'Willow, do you hear me?' She started growling. 'Willow?' I answered again.
I suddenly saw her eyes turn black and I think her wolf took over. "Um, phoebe, can you please let willow take over?" I asked. She growled once more and leaped on top of me. I fought back by biting her arm. "Ay! What was that for!!" Phoebe said "let willow take control." I told her once more in an alpha tone, even though I'm a rouge and not an alpha.
Her eyes went from black to yellow. She had grey fur and the patterns you would find on a regular grey wolf. She looked over at her body. "I'm an actual wolf, wow, I never knew I would be a werewolf, ever!" I closed my eyes and nodded. "Let's go." She followed me over beside the creek. It was filled with water. Finally. I took a sip, so did willow and then we sat down on a soft patch of green grass.
I told her more about being a werewolf and that you can only be a wolf for several days before you permanently become one. We then shifted back and we headed back to the cave to sleep.
Once it was morning, and I felt the suns rays on me I woke up to find willow was gone. Oh no. Did someone capture her? Did she run away? I don't know. I tried mind-linking her 'willow!! Where are you?' I asked her 'oh I'm catching prey for breakfast what's up?' I sighed 'I've got a whole pile here and a full grown deer. 'Oh, I'll come back then.'
I could hear her footsteps which was good because that means she hadn't travelled far.
She came back with a rabbit and a bird. "I caught these, but I guess I will just put them on the pile." I sighed once more "we can eat them now if you're that starving." She nodded and we began eating.
