(Lloyd's POV)

After about thirty minutes, we finally reached the Johnson Mansion. I exchanged a hesitant look with Kai. What if Mrs Johnson called the police? We'd never be able to find our girls if we were in jail. Kai motioned to the empty drive way, indicating they might be out. I nodded. If they weren't home, it meant we wouldn't get out revenge, but it also meant we wouldn't risk the chance of getting arrested. I shrugged after a minute. We were here now, and I wasn't going to back out. I silently made my way up to the door with Kai right behind me and knocked. I felt a jolt as I heard footsteps inside the house. Suddenly, the door opened and Oliver stood there. "Hello, Oliver," I said, feeling a sneer creep onto my gave, "Remember us?" Instead of snapping something stupidly smart back or even killing scared, he sighed. "Yes. I don't think I could forget you two," he said, his voice strangely weak, before stepping to the side, "Why don't you come in? Mother and Father are away for the week and I could really use some company." I looked at Kai, too confused for words. He shrugged and we walked in. Oliver closed the door behind Kai and then I found my voice. "This isn't done trick, is it?" I asked, narrowing my eyes at him. His eyes widened. "No, of course not," he said, sounding genuinely surprised. Okay. Now I'm really confused. Only two months ago, he was being a complete ass to me. He leaded us to the lounge room and gestured to the expensive looking love seats. "Please, have a seat," he said, "Would you like anything to eat. A drunk, perhaps?" We both shook our head and he set down opposite us. Only then did I notice the purple bags under his bloodshot eyes, as well as his cheek bones, which were very noticeable underneath his tear stained, sickly looking skin. I was pretry certain he didn't look like that when we last saw him. "So, what brings you two to my house in the middle of the night?" he asked. I decided to be honest. "We came to get revenge on you for causing Ollie and Naomi to run away," I admitted, before looking him up and down, "But you've seemed to have done that without us. What happened?" He sighed and looked down, lacing his fingers together over his head. "I had hoped you had come to tell me you found them," he said softly, "I have been...out of sorts since they ran away." He laughed bluntly, looking up again. "I guess I've never actually been in sorts since she ran away the first time." He sighed. "I just want them home again. All four of them. I miss them. I just want to go back to when it was me and Olivia, forever and always." Wait. Forever and always. "I love you. Forever and always. Got it?" Does that mean... I looked atty him with wide eyes as he told us his life story. I felt bad for being mean to him. I thought and put myself in his shoes. Twin sister runs away with two little sisters after undergoing a painful ritual right by my side. Cousin who lives with me follows not long after. Parents lock me up to study, no friends in the world. Find sisters and cousin, who run away again after ring to convince them home. Forever and always. He looked firm after finishing the story and I looked at Kai. His look of guilt and sympathy mirrored mine. I turned back at Oliver. "Listen, Oliver," I started, "We're gonna find them. We'll explain all this to them when we do. Ollie still loves you. I know she does because she still says 'forever and always'." He nodded sadly. "I don't see why you don't just leave," Kai said. Oliver looked shocked. "No, No, never," he said, "Not until I'm married off." I sighed. His parents had brainwashed him good. "Look," I said, "I know you're going through a hard time, but you've got to eat and sleep. We'll help you make something tasty and then get you to sleep. We'll start searching once you're asleep." He looked up at me, surprised. "You're not suggesting I stay here, are you?" before I could answer, he continued, "I can help. I know all the spots Ollie and Naomi would possibly go. There is quite a bit, but it's a start. Please, don't leave me here!" I looked at Kai and he shrugged. It would be useful to have Oliver helping us. He knew the girls better than us. I nodded. He grinned. "Okay, we'll eat, sleep then start in the morning," he stated, before looking at me sheepishly, "If that's alright with you guys..." I smiled. "Yep," I agreed, "Sounds like a plan."
