The next day...
The ninja were sitting at the dinner table, eating breakfast, when Sensei Wu walked in. "Students," he said, "Today, Misako and I are going to the Ninjago Library to research something. We will be away for most of the day and I trust you will train during my absence." Jay and Nya exchanged a lustful look, then looked back at Sensei Wu. "Of course we will train while you are away," Jay said innocently. Sensei narrowed his eyes suspitiously, then turned and starting walking out the door. "Oh, by the way, Ollie is in charge while I'm gone," he called over his shoulder, "If anyone is misbehaving, she has my permission to burn them." And with that, he left. Kai groaned and Jay looked at Ollie's smug face worridly. "You wouldn't burn your bestest ever friend in the whole wide world, would you?" he asked, giving her his famous 'getting-out-of-dragon-duty' puppy eyes. She smiled. "If you behave, I won't," she replied. Jay's face fell. No one had ever resisted his puppy eyes. Lloyd decided then to try his luck. "Ollie, baby," he said sweetly, "We don't have to train. Sensei just said that. We can have a party instead..." Ollie smirked and shook her head. "Aw, you suck," Kai grumbled, "OW!" Ollie pulled her hand back and looked at the others. "Anyone else want to say anything?" she asked. Nya stepped forward. "Come on, Ollie. We've been train so hard lately. You should let us have a take a break today." "No way. I'm not falling for it. We are not going to have a party."
Five minutes later...
"Anyone want another glass of snogberry punch?" Nya called out over the pumping music. She walked over to Ollie and handed her a glass. Ollie took a sip and brushed some hair out of her eyes. "I hate you so much," she said with a smirk. "What was that?" Nya asked, "Was that a thank you? Don't mention it, girlfriend." They laughed and took another swig of their drinks. Jay walked over then and wrapped his arms around Nya's waist. "I like the new outfit," he whispered in her ear. She was wearing an outfit that looked much like Ollie's, but the top was red instead of orange and she had a mini skirt on instead of jeans. "Thanks," Nya smiled as the music changed, "Oh my gosh, I love this song! Come on, let's dance!" She grabbed Jay's hand and they ran to the dance floor. Lloyd walked over and sat beside Ollie. "Sometimes, I cannot beleive how convincing Nya is," he said. Ollie smiled at him and nodded. Lloyd slid closer and wrapped his arms around Ollie and, just as he was leaning in to kiss her...knock knock knock. Zane turned the music down. "What was that?" Cole asked. Knock knock knock. Ollie quickly pecked Lloyd on the mouth and stood up. "It's the door, obviously," she said, "Don't worry, I'll get it." She started skipping down the hallway. Lloyd stood up and quickly followed her. They reached the door, flung it open and froze. It was pouring rain and storming. And, standing in the rain, was a boy. He was about as tall as Ollie, and was wearing an orange hoodie with black jeans and black sneakers. His messy, dirty blond hair clung to the back of his neck. But that wasn't why Ollie had froze. The right side of the boy's face was charred black and his right eye was orange while the left was blue.... "Hello, Olivia."
