"I love this!" Freya squealed in my ear as the carriages pulled up to the castle.

I was sat inbetween Freya and Sarrah. Opposite us, sat Ronald's stupid friend - Hermione Granger - we had been the last ones off the train. Draco & Blaise filled the carriage before us so we were left with Granger.

"why?" Hermione muttered under her breath.

"what was that? Darling sister." I asked with a fake smile.

"well, its only a carriage ride." She replied, not looking at me.

"who shoved a stick up your ass Hermione?" I asked.

"YOU!" she replied, furiously glaring at me. "Mum and Dad were SO excited to see you and YOU just needed to ruin it! You didn't say a SINGLE nice thing, for the whole weekend!"

"I didn't say anything idiot!" I spat.

"no, you only glared at them. Mum and Dad were very disappointed."

"they are NOT my parents Hermione!" I replied, trying to keep my cool.

"no, you're right."

"NO THE- ... what did you just say?" well that was unexpected. "what do you mean?" I pulled out my wand and pointed it at her.

"oh, they clearly didn't tell you." she smirked.

"what ar-" I started

"are you kids getting off?" a voice rudely interupted me.

"yes, sorry!" she rose, before pausing past us to get off the carriage. . I sighed. Was I making the right decision? I didn't need the Grangers. But the Weasleys! It wasn't my fault was it? No, they are the ones who are... but I was... only because.... "argh!"

"what was that all about?" sarrah inquired as we were walking up to the castle. i shrugged and noticed Hermione frantically looking for Olivia, Ron & Potter. Where were they anyway? I noticed a head of white blonde hair in the crowd.

"Draco! Blaise!" I called and they turned around. Blaise smiled and came towards us, followed by Draco. " we got stuck with Granger." I sighed. She were now in the castle, nearing the Great Hall.

"yeah, and she said something weird about Nieve not being her sister." Freya told them.

"I guess it was pretty strange..." I muttered. Draco had turned as white as a ghost. I was about to ask him what it was when Dumbledor spoke. I hadn't realised that we were already in the Greta Hall.

"Everyone take your seats!" his booming voice echoed through the entire room, causing it to silence immediately. "the first years will be arriving soon."

We sat at the Slytherin table. I saw Hermione looking around for Potter and his gang. I hope tey got lost in the train or something. That would be rather funny. I zoned out for the entire sorting ceremony until Draco shook me.

"nieve? Helloooooo? Is anyone home?" he poked me.

"yes hello!" I giggled. "how can I be of assistance kind sir?" faked an overly posh accent.

"food" he said with a completely straight face.

"that's all I needed to hear." I smiled at him before turning to the glorious piles of food that were laid before me. I filled my plate with chicken, vegetables and anything else that I could get my hands on.

"what?" blaise started at me wit his moth open wide. "are you seriously going to eat ALL of that?"

"watch me!" I winked at him and picked up a chicken leg. About 10 minutes later, I was full. "boom."
