"I know. I know! I just need a guy who will understand that, you know?" Troian whispered to her costar as she held the door open for the little brunette. Lucy walked through it and Troian shut it behind the both of them.
"Just get one you know kinda well," Lucy replied.
"They're not dogs you know," Troian said. "I can't just pick one out and claim it."
Lucy started laughing, and Troian began to smile. After a few seconds, she began to wonder exactly Lucy was laughing this long.
"What?" Troian nudged her. "WHAT?" Troian said again, growing impatient with the doubled over girl she had been walking with.
"I just-" Lucy tried to say. "I just thought of someone-" she began, between giggles.
"Who??" Troian questioned, intrigued on who Lucy found so funny.
Lucy shook her head, trying to wave Troian off, but the taller one persisted.
"He's as loyal as a Labrador, so I don't know if it'd work, but let's just say he'd be begin' like a dog for more once you're done with him." Lucy quickly shut up once she saw who was headed towards them. "Oh, hey Keegan!" Lucy said excitedly as he drew nearer.
"Hey, Lucy. Troian," he said, acknowledging the two women that were standing in the hallway, his eyes lingering in the taller one of the two. Troian avoided his gaze, as she often did, but he was used to it by now. It was almost if she looked at him it would start something that she didn't want.
Brushing it off, he replaced his earbud in his ear and continued on his path down the hall.
"Oh my god!" Troian whisper- yelled, shoving Lucy slightly and knocking her a bit off balance. "KEEGAN?" she questioned. "YOU MEANT KEEGAN??" Troian questioned her friend.
"Troian, Lucy, get your asses in here!" Lisa, the stage hand motioned for the two of them. Troian hurriedly walked toward where the other woman was standing, not wanting to be late, all while shaking her head in disbelief.

By the time the table read was over, Troian had had Lucy's idea mulling around in her head for nearly two hours. The more she thought about it, the less she needed convincing when Lucy finally caught up with her a little while later.
"Alright," she said. "I'm going to do it." Troian said, a matter-of-factly.
"Wait, really?" Lucy asked once Troian told her her plan.
"Yup," Troian said, rounding the corner and beginning to clammer up the stairs to where all the boys dressing rooms where. She reached his door, and took a deep breath before lightly knocking on his door.
"Come in," she heard a voice call on the other side.
Troian suddenly couldn't move. She was crazy, and he knew that. But this? This was just a little bit mental. She was risking everything- their friendship, her relationship... for what? For a little-
Her thoughts were cut off by the opening of the door in front of her, and Keegan's concerned face peering through the doorway.
