I think makeup can be done any and every way, depending on how that person wants it. People have made these rules and books with makeup products. But, makeup was made to make someone feel beautiful and how they put it on, is what makes them feel that way. I think if someone wants to color their whole face with eyeliner, let them. Technically makeup has no certain way that it has to be put on. It may have the term "eyeshadow" but you may put it where you feel the need. IT IS THEIR FACE, let that person be.
