Our main character walked down the hallway for quite a while, he estimated around six hours, but in reality it was seven, until he blacked out from his concussion, falling to the ground only to wake up six hours later with his concussion mainly gone, now just a feint remnant that made him a little lightheaded, and his legs slightly wobbly. but it was mainly gone, so he had his aim mostly back. however the blood loss was a different story. he had lost a lot of blood, while he didn't know exactly how much, but it was enough that he felt very cold and his hands were shaking like leaves in a hurricane. He had to hurry or the blood loss would be the end of him. So he hurried down the hallway as fast as he could, until he got to a small room, with a screen and two buttons. As soon as he walked in, he was presented a choice on the screen. A voice came from the screen, saying "hello, sir. I present to you a choice. Would you like it both be healed, and stop both world wars? Just simply press the blue button, and Germany will be... removed from the equation" the voice said, and this made our main character think. Remove from the equation..? Does that mean... destroyed?! He wants to remove an entire country from existence, as well as everyone on it?!? No. He couldn't let that happen "and if I press the green button?" Our main character asked, to which the voice responded "you fight the last enemy at a huge disadvantage... and die." So, our main character was in shock. His certain death or the genocide of a country.. was this even a decision, he had to press the green button!! He could sacrifice a country for HIS mistake, no matter what examples he tried to blame it on. Nazism, hitler... it wouldn't be worth sacrificing an entire country of good people for a few bad examples. He couldn't bring himself to even look at the blue button... and yet he couldn't press the green one either. He didn't want to die! He had to keep fighting, prove that humans were just as strong as these god killers! He didn't know what to do... he was lost, Confused, scared. He just sat there, thinking. But he was on the clock. He had to make his choice and make it fast.... but he couldn't. He had no clue. He just sat there staring at those two buttons, with this moral dilemma right in front of him. He just had to choose. His life, or all the good and bad of a country. And he had zero goddamn clue of what to do. Even Eligos was quiet on the subject. It was just his choice, no one else to blame but him for whatever choice he made. So he stood, his mind made up. He walked forward.. and he pressed a button.
