"That's crazy! We have more than one song!" I huffed.

"Okay sorry, let me rephrase that: 'we only have one song that they care about'." Will mimicked my tone back to me. I sighed and fell back on the couch that was currently covered with t-shirts and packages of guitar strings.

"I just want them to see us as more than a stupid cover band." I sighed quietly. I don't usually make a habit of complaining so Will must have noticed this was really bothering me.

"Well let's hope that this tour changes that." He placed a hand on my shoulder reassuringly. "Besides, you gotta admit this whole thing is pretty cool, playing the Staples Center on our first tour." He wiggled his eyebrows up and down at me excitedly. It was pretty cool, but I wasn't going to admit that to him.

"What if the fans haven't heard of us? No one really cares about the opening act." I suggested negatively.

"I'm pretty sure they have access to the internet." Will rolled his eyes at me sarcastically. I narrowed my eyes at him and he let out a hearty chuckle. "Come on Mac, odds are if they bought tickets to Momentum's show, they'll be into our kind of music. No worries." I groaned at him and he tossed me a package of fresh guitar picks. Easy for you to say, you're not the one singing solo to a stadium full of people. I sneered to myself. "Now get up and get packing. Drake's gonna be pissed if you make us miss our flight." He teased.

"Shut up, I'm basically done." I teased back. "Where is brother dearest anyway?"

"Upstairs helping Luke pack up the drum kit." Will said, popping some potato chips into his mouth. Seriously? We just ate dinner not even an hour ago! I heaved up my guitar case and smiled at the dozens of stickers that stretched across the black plastic. Over winter break we teamed up with a bunch of other YouTube artists and went on a small east coast tour. We started up in Manhattan and ended up down in Orlando where we played a few extra shows. I made it my mission to add a sticker to my case each time we went someplace new. New tour, new case. I thought to myself as I switched to my backup case that I dug out of my closet earlier.

"Oh cool, you're ready." I heard Drake coming down the stairs. His voice sounded strained, but that was because he was doing most of the work carrying the drums downstairs. "Put your case by the door. Carter said he'll be here in ten to fly out our equipment." The drum kit hit the floor with a loud thud.

"Everything will be there before the show starts tomorrow, right?" I asked him, concerned. Carter is known to be a little, well... unorganized. He's the best in the business, and I love him, but the guy would lose his head if it weren't attached to his neck.

"Yep. There aren't going to be any problems this time." Drake said breathing out deeply. I cracked a smile. While our agent wasn't the most organized of people, Drake was the complete opposite. He liked everything to be in its place all the time. His neat freak qualities used to drive Will insane back when they were sharing a room.

Just as we were about to go, I heard the front door to our apartment click open. A smile stretched across my face and I ran up to hug my dad as he placed his work briefcase on the floor. "Dad! I didn't think you were going to make it back to see us off!" I said nuzzling into his shoulder. His pinstripe suit smelled like strong coffee and printer paper- the usual office smell.

"Now what kind of dad would I be if I didn't see my kids off on their first tour?" He grinned and pulled my three brothers into the hug too.

"Daaaddddd!" Will whined trying to weasel out of the group embrace, but the four of us just squeezed him harder.

"Now you guys are going to be on tour for weeks," My dad started as he walked over to the island in the kitchen area. He grabbed a container of leftover Chinese food from the fridge and set it down on the counter. "So I'm trusting you four to be responsible. I don't want to hear about any shenanigans."
