"On the road again, ladadadadadadadaaaaaaaaa!" Drake drummed his hands against the couch.

"Ugh, Drake! Please shut up!" I groaned, rolling around in my bunk. I felt the bed above me creak slightly as Luke turned to throw a pillow at our younger brother.

"Seriously man, I will toss you out the bus window." Luke grumbled.

"And we're currently going about 65 on the highway, so I reccommend shutting up." Will shouted, supporting our cause.

"Sorry. I'm just really wound up." Drake said, traipsing into the sleeping area. He climbed up into his bunk and tucked his hands behind his head.

"Hey, don't worry about it. Just lay off the caffiene, okay?" Will tapped the bottom of Drake's bunk. Drake has a lot of trouble focusing due to his ADHD, so he tends to drink a lot of coffee when he's up working late into the night. It helps him keep focus most of the time, but after his work is done he's usually really pumped up and jittery.

"Did you hear back from Dr. Finley about starting up your medication again?" Luke asked, concerned. When we were back in school, Drake did a lot of exercise. He played a sport every season and ate a balanced diet, allowing him to get off his ADHD medication. The steady routine of a nutritious diet and exercise reduced his symptoms, and he found it easier to focus. But now that we were couped up in a tour bus for hours on end and writing new music all the time, Drake isn't getting to the activity level that he needs to maintain his focus.

"Yeah, he said we could refill my prescription when we get to Phoenix." Drake rubbed his eyes from lack of sleep. "But I don't wanna get back on the meds, remember how tired I was all the time?" He asked.

"You have to. Your usual regimen isn't going to work on tour- you're not getting enough physical exercise." Luke protested.

"Between all the choreography Cassandra's got us doing and the moving around on stage, I think I'm covered." Drake flipped over under his blankets.

"Not even close." Luke countered. "You need a steady exercise routine."

"What if I start running with Mac in the mornings too?" He asked. I contemplated this. So far I've been running alone each morning. It would be nice to have some company.

"I wouldn't be against it. Cassandra's been trying to find me a running partner for a while." I said. People haven't exactly been jumping at the chance to wake up at 6 AM each morning.

"Okay fine. We'll it that way first, but we're going to get your perscription filled once we get to Phoenix. Just in case." Luke said. Drake smiled and thanked us. "Anytime, bro. You know we're always looking out for you. Now try to get some sleep." He laughed.

"Aye aye." Drake saluted. The last thing I heard before dozing off was the sound of Luke and Will chuckling.

"Rise and shine, sister o' mine." Waking up to one of Drake's corny phrases was always a fear of mine. Am I positive I'm awake now? Because this could very well be the beginning of a nightmare.

"Go away." I said, hoping that it was just a dream.

"Nope. Get up." Drake pulled the covers off my body. "It's my first day on this new regimen, we can't just blow it off before I even start." He laughed. I groaned loudly, pulling my sore body off the bunk bed.

"Fine, I'm up." I had to shake my body out to wake up. We've only been on the road for about a week or so, but the bus was already trashed. I had to walk across a mound of dirty clothes just to get to the bathroom. I threw a pair of socks at Drake from the floor. "You guys really need to clean this shit up." I wrinkled my nose.
