The rest of the show was awkward to say the least. Really awkward. Once the shock wore off I was just kind of embarrassed. I mean Roman, seriously? I spent the rest of the Q and A section racking my brain to try and see what could possibly give off the impression that I had a thing for him.

"Great job guys! Another successful show." Tucker patted each one of us on the back.

"Which calls for a celebration." Jase said winking. I rolled my eyes. Of course they wanted to drown our success in spicy tequila and cheap beer. "You guys in? Our room in an hour?" He nudged Luke with his elbow, knowing the kid couldn't resist a party.

"Sure we're in." Luke looked over all of us for a sign that we didn't want to go. When he got to me I just shrugged.

"Cool, sounds good. I just have to go see Miranda." I was still wearing my tour outfit.

"Alright, we'll wait for you." Will said plopping down on the couch along with Luke and Drake.

"Nah it's fine. You go on ahead, I'll meet up with you there." I reassured them. "Seriously, the hotel's just across the street, I can walk." It took a while for them to leave, but they finally agreed. They each gave me a quick peck on the cheek before running off after our friends. It was already 9:30- Miranda, please make this quick. I wished silently.

"Hey guys." I quickly greeted everyone on my way to the wardrobe department. A few people actually responded to my salutations but I didn't have time to stay and chat. I barged into my dressing room where I caught Miranda and Anthony in the middle of a heated argument. "Oh, sorry. I thought you wanted me to-"

"It's fine. Your clothes are over there." Miranda brushed the hair out of her face and pointed to the chair in the corner.

"Is everything... okay...?" I scrunched my eyebrows at the two belligerents.

"Everything's fine. In fact, Anthony was just leaving." Miranda whipped her head around to stare him down. Anthony took the hint and left immediately.

"Bye Mac, sorry I can't stay and chat, but the gate keeper here is throwing me out." He smiled sweetly at me. I chuckled a little but shot him a look that said don't push it. He wiggled his eyebrows and disappeared, closing the door behind him.

"So I take it the date went well?" I laughed, stepping behind the screen.

"It did actually." I heard Miranda say wistfully. I jerked my head around the changing screen.

"Uhm, are you sure? Because the two of you were just at each other's throats a few seconds ago." I reminded her. I went behind the screen and started peeling off my stage clothes. I hung the pieces over the side for Miranda to take and hang up.

"It was really nice. He took me out to this beautiful steak house that one of his friends owns, and we talked, and the wine was really good..."

"Then what did I just witness?" I pulled on my own clothes.

"I have no idea." She sighed. "When we got back to work he just went on like nothing happened." I came out and grabbed my purse off the table.

"That doesn't sound like Anthony." I frowned. I can't believe Anthony would do something like that. He just didn't seem like one of those guys who would try that kind of attitude. Miranda gave me a sad smile.

"Well that's what happened."

"This will all work out, I promise." I reassured her. "I really hate to leave, but I told the guys I'd be-" Miranda cut me off.

"Of course! Mac, don't worry about me, I'll be fine!"

"Okay. See you tomorrow Miranda." I gave her a little wave. When I was back in the hallway I was allowed to frown again. Note to self: Find Anthony tomorrow and see what the fluff is wrong with him.
