"Wait, what?" My best friend, Kat, asked me. I had gotten to school safely and securely by my mother. She said, and I quote 'You shouldn't go out there. I'm scared. We should find a different way to get to school that doesn't involve the park.' I was also banned from going to the park. The sad part is, the park was one of my favourite places to read, besides the cushion in front of the large window in our woman-cave in the attic.
"Yep," I said, confirming my kidnapping and quite possibly rape story to her.
"I'm so sorry that I wasn't there. Oh god. How do you get out of it?" I winced. I had to tell her my adventures of seeing Alynn and Asher and their amazing lesbian mothers.
"Er, I ran a half a mile to a random house?" I cringed.
"You're hiding something. I know it!" She exclaimed very loudly.
"Jesus, hakuna your tatas. I'll tell you when were in a more private area." She nodded and waved goodbye to me, separating from my side to her class. I continued my walk to class till I saw Asher.
I panicked. My legs stopped. He looked up from where he was standing, which so happened to be my locker, and looked at me. He grinned and took a one over at me.
"Hey." I gulped. He stepped on the slabs of black and white tiles that was our hallway, raising his hand to wave at me.
"Hello." I croaked out. What did he need? What did he want?
"So, uh, do you have my mothers clothes?" He asked me, tilting his head to the side and raising his arm to scratch his neck in embarrasment. I giggled a bit, relieved that he just wanted the clothing.
"Yeah, lemme get it from my bag. I washed it for her. Tell her thanks," I said as my fingers crawled around my bag to get her clothing. In a small baggie, were her clothing. I had washed them, just in case. I took them out of the bag and returned them to Asher, picking up my bag and sliding it on my shoulders again. "See ya." I smiled.
"Wait, Avery." I turned my head and he was looking away, blushing. I could see the tint of red on his ears.
"Yeah?"
"Do you maybe, wanna hang out after school? I just- wanna get to know you." I smiled.
"Yeah, sure!" I said, happily. He blushed even more.
"Okay. I'll see you afterschool." He smiled a bit.
"Sure," I answered. Hearing the bell, I widened my eyes. "Shit." I turned around and ran. We had such small breaks. And my first class was Physical Education, too. I cursed. Suddenly, I felt arms around me. Muscular arms. The stranger picked me up bridal style, somehow, and I opened my eyes after gasping in surprise.
It was Asher. I blushed. He was whispering curses under his breath, too, on our way to the auditorium. And then it hit me.
Asher takes P.E. with me. How am I so stupid?
He started panting, which just made him seem hotter. We got to the auditorium without realizing it, and he set me down.
"You go in first." He told me.
"Why?"
"People might find it weird were going in at the same time. I don't want people thinking of you badly." I nodded and he stood to the side. I opened the door and ran to the locker room to stuff my P.E. clothing on. I stuffed on the shorts and sports bra, along with a school tank-top. I slid my hair into a ponytail and threw on my sneakers. Finishing the look, I added a red headband.
I walked out of the door, finished, and saw that Asher was out. When he catched my eye, I smiled and waved.

During Chemistry, my phone kept buzzing. After millions of texts, I silenced it, which didn't work, because later the person started to call me. It made a very large noise.
I silenced my phone and muttered a sorry for the noise.Mr. Crum took my phone and put it in a bin. I continued to write my answer to the problem. The phone in the front of the classroom started ringing, but I ignored it and kept writing. After a minute, Mr. Crum called out my name.
"Avery?"
"Yes?" I asked, glancing up at the teacher.
"You are needed in the office. Pack up your bags." I gave him a confused look. He handed me back my phone and I packed up. Sitting up, I told my partner, which happened to be a very confused Valentina Hardwoods, her eyes peeking up at me. I shrugged and left the room.
I started to quicken my pace along the hallways full of lockers, and each step I took made it seem the longer to the Office. I started to question myself. Had I done anything wrong?
Finally, I reached the office. I opened the door, and there were my parents. They sprang up from the chairs they were in and my mother quickly hugged me.
"Oh, Avery, we called you and everything." They told me.
"We have to get to the police station." My father told me. I looked at him.
"Why?" I asked.
"Avery, we found your kidnapper, or... stalker."
