1. During the summer, wear chapstick or lip gloss with SPF. You can also get wind burned in the winter so make sure it has SPF to help your lips!

2. Drink lots and LOTS of water this will make your teeth whiter and your skiing looking better but is also best for you. Coconut tastes bad but is AMAZINGLY good for you!!

3. NEVER wash your hair every day. This will strip the hair of its natural oils, and your hair won't be able to be replenished on its own;) you will find that your hair will receive more

4. Brush the ends of your hair first than move your brush a little further up and brush down than move further up and brush down and continue this till you reach the top of your hair. It reduces the amount of pressure and strain for you hair and it is easier to brush this way:)
