Colton's P.O.V:

I heard my phone ringing. I took one last sip of my beer and put it down.

"Hello" I growled. I didn't like it when people interrupted me from a moment.

"Colton" I recognized this voice anywhere. Never changes.

"Dad, why are you calling me?" I asked. He barely calls me only on special occasions like My birthday and Christmas. Where I get a check from him with many zeros.

"Would you reconsider living in New York?" He asked out of the contrary completely pushing my question out of the way.

"No, why would you ever ask that? California is where i've always lived" I stated.

"My friend, you know him Alexander Irwin?" He asked.

"Yeah, I recall meeting him a few times" I added.

"Well his daughter, she just moved here a couple days ago and he just wanted to know if you would like to keep her company" He explained. I walked around thinking it. But really why would I waste my time with one girl when I have tons in Cali.

"Dad why would I waste my time with that girl, California already has enough girls for me" I smirked. I heard footsteps coming from upstairs meaning Justin's coming down.

"She's from Cali too Colton, look I don't have all day here," He said growing impatiently. I looked over at Justin as he makes signs to me asking who's on the phone.

"It's my Dad" I whispered covering the bottom of the phone.

"What's in it for me?" I asked.  I ran a hand through my hair hoping for an answer that'll make me happy.

"I would add more to your allowance and buy you that new black and red leather seat you've been wanting" He offered. I stopped to think through it and smiled.

"I'm in" I smirked. He laughed onto the phone knowing I was smirking.

"Great, you want to take the jet?" He asked.

"Sure I don't want to wait that much in the airport"

"I'll send it to you, go pack now"

"Alright bye"

"Bye" I hung up the phone and took a sip of my beer.

"What did your Dad want?" Justin asked plotting himself on the couch.

"Nothing just talking about keeping some girl company in New York" I explained shortly.

"I feel bad for you" he laughed.

"Why? Her Dad is like a Billionaire dude"

Callie's P.O.V:

"Dad are you sure?, you know Colton is a boys name, which requires him being a male" I said. It surprised me at how much he trusts this boy to hangout with me. He never likes boys. Never.

"Yes, Callie I know besides he's my best buds son so I know he's good" He explained I gave him the Yeah okay look and took a sip of my soda.

"But what if me and him fell in lov-"

"Callie don't start with me you know how I am with boys don't make me over think it" he cutt me off being serious. He's barely serious so I know this is a huge issue to him.

"We have to go I have 2 hours to get ready for the meeting" He said getting up. I took one last drink from my soda and threw it away.

Once we walked out of the mall I slipped on my new coat I recently brought from American Eagle. I can't wait to go home and change fron these dirty clothing. I heard my Dad's phone go off and just out of curiosity I wanted to know who it was.

"What's up?"

"Really?"

"That's great"

"I'll see him as soon as he arrives then" he laughed onto the phone. Once he hunged up the smile still played on his face.

"Who was that?" I asked.

"My friend. He just told me his son will be here in a couple of hours" He exitedly said. Frankly I didn't understand the excitement. It's not like we'll become best friends.
