*Gone*{Short Story}

The next day at school,everyone was at their lockers. They were getting ready for the memorial of Lucy. There was a mini assembly in the gym for Lucy. Everyone made their way to the gym first period.Surprisingly,
Nick,Raymond,Maddie,Bethany,
and Alison came to school. They walked with each other and smiled and laughed. Raymond not so much as he felt really guilty about what had happened.

I know Raymond doesn't mean any harm actually! But what he did was wrong and he won't tell which makes it doubly wrong. Someone needs to help him tell someone!

Carter sat down in the gym and other kids started to come in. There were pictures of Lucy with students are alone. There were mainly pictures of her and Carter or her and Amanda and Janel. And some with other students.

Good morning students...now we lost a innocent,nice girl a few days ago after school hours.
Lucy Anne Rodriguez! She was a great student who never wanted to harm anyone who came her way! But people wanted to harm her and hopefully,we can put them away and let Lucy rest in peace. Ross said. Everyone slapped their hands. Now...we have some details about the funeral from Lucy's mother,Jane Rodriguez. Ross said motioning her to come up. Everyone clapped their hands.

Hello Dixon High students. So I have set a date for my daughter's funeral and it's a open public funeral for those who knew Lucy. So all students and teachers are welcomed to come and remember Lucy one last time together. Next Saturday at 12pm and papers will be handed out later on today. Jane said into the mic before giving it back to Ross. Thank you Ms.Rodriguez. Now if we can take a moment of silence for Lucy. Ross said putting his head down. Everyone put their head down and was quiet.

Now meanwhile everyone is paying respects to me...the person that killed me is over there playing on his phone. He will get caught and I actually hopes he rots in jail for what he has caused me and my family and friends.

After the moment of silence,there was a slideshow of pictures for Lucy.

After everything was over,everyone went to their lockers when the unbelievable happened.

That's right!

Cops came out of Ross's office and came towards Nick,Maddie,Bethany,Alison,and Raymond. Carter walked out of the gym and saw the cops speaking and all of them talking over them. 

You guys are under arrest for the Shooting and death of Lucy Anne Rodriguez! The officer said. I didn't do anything! Maddie said passionately. They took them out of the school and everyone followed. They were out in the police cars and everyone went on with their day. Carter and Amanda and Janel were relieved that they were finally gonna serve some jail time.
