"The time I need better magic than just emojis." He complained as alarms went off. "I feel pathetic."
The only thing he liked from his powers was that he never got in a physical fight since he changed the emotions seconds before a punch flew by. Now he wishes he had vaporkinesis or at least telepathy.
"I regret this." He complained again, jumping over an electric fence.

On the other side of the fence stood police cruisers and officers surrounding him.
Why should I try to change their emotions? There's too many to do at once.
And right on the spot, he dropped the bag and surrendered.
"Alright. You got me. Just end my misery already." He said.
The officers were confused, but they knew what to do.
