"Hands up. You're under arrest."
The criminal laughed. "I don't surrender that easily." He was trying to challenge them.
All the officers then put up either their guns or tasers towards the criminal. He started reading all of their minds.
'Get him a distraction and tase his waist so it can be easier to arrest him.'
He chuckled lightly to himself. 'That's all you can do?! Distract and taser someone?!?! Officers these days.
He should've been more aware of the officers around him. While he laughed to himself, the cops took action before he could do anything.
"Curse you! You got lucky this one time."
"After so long and we finally got him!" One officer thought to himself.
You got me once, but you'll never get me again.
Harry Lewis was arrested.
