Sang's POV:

After clearing out the rest of our section, Raven and I head back up to the main deck to meet up with Owen, Silas, and North. They gave us a rundown of what they found and we do the same. In our search and clear mission we had all been able to find beds, the control room, a fully stocked galley with nonperishable food, a hospital wing, a holding cell, and much more.

The guys all decided we'd rest for a couple hours on the ship before heading back to the Blackbourne property so we could get there by the time everyone was waking up. Luckily for us, Raven and I had dragged out the undead corpses and tossed them overboard when we got done patrolling.

We decided to sleep in the captains quarters so we could all be in one room and keep an ear out for any undead we may have missed during our sweep by using the cameras set up on the ship. I hadn't realized that the computers and such would work seeing as there was no electricity on land, but on the ship the generators and back up generators did the job for us, so tonight we had lights, cameras and my personal favorite...

hot water for showering.

I waited in the hall with with Owen while the guys checked out the shower room and within a few minutes they came out, stating it was all clear. It was decided that Silas would stand guard for me while North, Owen, and Raven went to find us something to eat from the galley before the guys would shower and we'd lock ourselves into the room for the night.

The feeling of the hot water running down my body was euphoric and I doubted I'd ever take having hot water for granted again. I thought about a lot of things while I stood there for a little while, just letting my tense body soak up the warmth, but one thing my brain kept replaying was what happened with Raven.

Raven had kissed me, and sweet baby Jesus was it one heck of a kiss. He'd dominated all my senses in that moment. I hadnt been able to think of anything else as he kissed me with a passion I never knew ran so deep within him. The things he'd said as he held me close to his big, tall, rock solid, muscily nody were on repeat in my head, over and over again. He'd said I was a lioness; wild, beautiful, strong...

It was hard to believe him, but his big brown eyes showed nothing but sincerity, adoration and honesty as he spoke. I knew it wasn't true. I was just your average girl. There wasn't anything special about me...but the way he's said it, with not an ounce of doubt showing anywhere as he'd spoke to me, told me that it was something he truly believed, and that was what made my heart trip in my chest.

I felt that way about all of the Blackbourne team, though I was beginning to feel the same more and more around the Toma team as well. This wasn't normal though. One girl can't be falling for all these guys, right?

I shook my head to clear my thoughts. It wasn't the right time to figure all this out. I meeded to stay alert. I could think about what this all meant later. I quickly scrubbed my body, silently thanking Meanie for packing me the basics before I left- like soap- and followed up by washing my hair.

After rinsing off all the soap I shit the water off and slowly stepped out of the shower wrapped in a towel. There was a cool breeze and I froze. The door had been closed. There shouldn't have even been a shift in the air.

I quietly as possible, shuffled over to towards the sink looking around every corner to be sure nobody was in here and when I didn't see anyone I relaxed. Everything was fine, I shrugged it off, assuming I was just on edge being in this big creepy ship and changed into a black lacy bra with matching underwear.

I bent down to grab my clothes out of my bag when I heard a hissing moan and my head shot up, gaze connection on the mirror and screamed. There was an undead man, who looked probably only a few years older than me shuffling out of a shower stall and headed my way. His mouth was somewhat detached and he had blood running down his broken greying face.
