Sang's POV:
The drive home was quick after my talk with Owen and the rest of that day was full of packing and getting everything ready to go. The following day was the day our big plan went into action. Owen and Axel decided they were going to be the ones to capture Volto along with Raven, Marc, Silas, Nathan, and Brandon.
Owen and Axel also decided that- along with the rest of the boys- Luke, North and I were to be nowhere near the area While all this went down, too risky.
I was sure North was going to blow a gasket when they told us, but for the first time since I've met him, he stayed silent and nodded his agreement. Then again, we both did knew what it would be like if we were captured again. I shuddered at the thought.
They informed is that they would be making their move tonight and would meet us back at the ship first thing in the morning, before sending us off to finish getting whatever supplies we needed.
After packing everything we needed and a few extras we said our goodbyes and the 8 of us split into two cars and headed out for the ship. I turned around and waved at the remaining guys staying at Owen's house until I could no longer see them before straightening in my seat, and leaning my head against Corey who was sitting on my left, closing my eyes to try and get some rest.
All that was left to do now was get to the ship, clear it out again and wait. As I drifted into unconsciousness I sent a quick prayer to whatever god was listening to keep us all safe and for half my family of boys to return to us quickly...and then, I was swept into a dreamless sleep.

Nathan POV:
It was nightfall and we were currently set up around the house Mr. John Taylor was bunkering down in. The plan was for Silas, Raven, and I to barge in and extract the target while Owen, Axel and Brandon kept lookout for any undead.
We were waiting in the treeline for our signal when we heard it. The snap of a branch in the distance followed by the groaning hissing sound of the undead, but something was off. The night was way too quiet, and that was way too loud.
Again.
It wasn't just one though.
My eyes widened and I nudged Silas who looked at me curiously and I put a finger to my lips as I pointed deeper into the wooded area. It was silent for a moment before he heard it and cursed quietly under his breath.
"Okay, there is signal. We move now, ready?" Raven grubted not so quietly and both Silas and I whipped our heads around and shushed him. He looked at us as if we were the problem.
Yeah...no, we've got a different problem.
"There's a herd of them in the woods. We need to be quick about this, and get the hell out of here before they get to us." I informed him and he looked off into the woods, scaning it slowly before jerking his head in a nod.
"Okay, let's move." He whispered back quietly, well as quietly as Raven was capable of.
We moved from the treeline and stuck to the shadows as we made out way towards the house and in front of the back door before Raven held up three fingers.
