Heather was terrified. And faint. She was wrapped in the tight coils of about twenty snakes. She was trying hard to keep herself conscious.

This is the end, she thought, I can't do this anymore.

She then saw something glow. My charm! she thought, time to see it in action.

"I summon the Guardian of Capricorn!" she ordered, her voice muffled due to the snakes around her mouth.

Almost instantly, she felt energy surge through her. I'm transforming! She thought.

She felt her school uniform being whisked away and replaced with more suitable clothes.

Her hair was changing shape. Her body was changing too. She felt more powerful and strong.

Her transformation ended with a burst of energy, sending a few of the snakes flying.

She blinked away the spots from her eyes, and did something she would never ever ever dare to do: she touched the snake around her mouth.

She then had a peculiar tingling sensation in her arm, and looked at the snake. It slowly withered away, finally turning into dust.

She looked around. Artemis was on fire, literally! She hurled a fireball at a hissing snake. The others were still struggling.

"Guys!" she shouted, "transform!"

She then saw each of them transform. She looked to her left. Selene froze that annoying snake. Ilana drowned the snake around her neck, and was about to continue drowning several others, when Clover stopped them.

"These snakes aren't doing this of their own free will," she said, "they're being controlled." "Controlled?" Paris asked, "But who can stop them?"

"I will," said Marceline. She stood completely still. So did the others. "Heather, freeze all the snakes," she said. "How?" she asked.

"Just think really hard about it."

Heather nodded and closed her eyes. The snaked suddenly froze. "They're stuck in time," Clover said.

Marceline nodded and closed her eyes. Then she opened them wide. Her eyes started glowing.

"Tell me who did this to you," she asked the snakes. She then cocked her head, as if the snakes were answering her. "It's alright. I will free you, on the condition you go back to wherever you came from and never come near us again."

She then raised her hands and yelled "Be free!"

The snakes then unfroze and were lazily sprawled on the floor. "Go back!" Clover ordered. The snaked obediently lined up and began to leave through a hole.

"Weird," Leona said. Roxy nodded in agreement.

Blossom picked up a broom and began to clean up.

A puff of smoke filled the room. "What the..." Jazz said.

The smoke cleared. There was a person standing there. She had red eyes and snakes for hair.

"The snake lady?" Blossom dropped her broom. "Medusa," she replied, in a thick and burbled voice, "You twits ruined my plan. I'm here to ruin you!"

She raised her arm. A symbol wafted out of it. And there was the infamous white light again.

Oh man! Heather thought, as the white light engulfed her, where will this crazy adventure lead us to now?
