"It's so cold" I breath out as I blow warm air over my bare hands.
"It's not that cold, you know?" Di raises an amused eyebrow at me briefly before she looks back in the front as she speeds down the road in her grey Volkswagen.
I roll my eyes at her as Mae lets out a chuckle and shots me a sympathetic looks over her shoulder from the passenger seat.
"Yeah Diana is right. I think you are overreacting a little too much sisi" Abby rolls her eyes at me before she crosses her arms over her chest and goes back to looking out of the window.
Yeah I know pretty weird as to why Abby was here with us. Well I didn't exactly have a choice. Scarlett was out on a date with her long time boyfriend Ryan and I couldn't ask my hot neighbour to look after my boy crazed sister. I did once and it ended up being a total disaster.
So I didn't have an option other than to bring her with me. She was just 14 years old and practically still a kid for me. But she was the perfect definision of a dramatic queen with sarcastic comments right up her shoulder and with an attitude that would have anyone bowing down at her. Plus I don't think we will be that long.
As for Diana, as you noticed she was back to her old self and was already bobbing her head up and down to the beats of the music while occasionally belting out the lyrics of the song playing on the radio.
I look down at my baby pink lace-up bell sleeves sweater paired with leather leggings and white Vans. I tied my hair up in a high ponytail. On the other hand Abby was wearing light blue jeans skirt and a white and blue stripped t-shirt hoodie. Mae on the other hand was wearing a white v-neck long sleeved t-shirt and boots and Di was wearing a grey sweater t-shirt and ripped jeans.
That is when I remember as to why would Mae out of all people would suggest a place like this and I frown up at her. She catches my gaze in the mirror and frowns back at me.
"You never told me as to why you suggested this thing" I tilt my head at her as I furrow my brows at her.
Mae grimaces as she bits her lip, "It wasn't as if I really wanted to come here it's just that something happened and I made up my mind to come here" she lets out a sigh.
"It was actually Britta. She was teasing me of being a nerd again and I wanted to prove her wrong and then there were some guys talking about this car racing event and I don't know what came over me and I told her that I was going to this racing event and she said she would like to see. I just had to prove her wrong" Mae cringes at her words and meets my eyes in a guilty stare with an embarrassed blush creeping up her cheeks
"I seriously hate that b**ch! The nerve of her!" Di angrily frowns and I totally agree with her
"True that" I grunt as I give Mae a tight comforting squeeze to her shoulder and she smiles softly at me.
