Liz's POV:

It was finally weekend and I could finally sleep in. But that wasn't the case. I was up the whole Friday night and decided to watch horrors to pass the time.

My leg wouldn't stop hurting and itching at the same time. It was so annoying.

So I was still lieing on the couch in my pj's when my aunt and sister woke up. She argued with me at first but then sighed defeated and left me alone to go and make food.

That's when I decided to go take a long bath. I wouldn't bother to put make-up on, because I was probably going to stay home today anyway.

'Liz!' I heard my aunt shout as I exited the bathroom.

'I'm busy.' I said but there was silence after that. It's probably not that important, I thought.

I was standing in my underwear, deciding on what to wear, when my door suddenly opened.

I jumped and tried grabbing something to cover myself but failed as I fell on my butt instead. And when I looked up, I saw the last person I expected to see in my room.

'Liz? Are you okay?' Asked Alex as he stood there listening for where I was.

'Close the door, please. You should be glad you can't see me right now. Or I would've killed you.' I said using my shelves to stand up again.

He looked confused but closed the door anyway and walked towards me. 'Why?'

'Because.' I said stopping him from getting to close with my hand. 'I'm half naked.' I said and he immediately began to blush.

'I'm sorry. I thought you were busy reading or something. I wouldn't have-' he started to ramble.

'It's okay.' I said, cutting him off. 'You can't see me so it's fine. Let me just get dressed then we could... Wait, why are you here anyway?'

'I wanted to visit you and say thanks for everything. I also wanted to apologize for how I've been acting. I'm not really like that.' He said as he found my bed and sat down.

'It's hard to believe that.' I said picking out some shorts and a T-Shirt with a wolf on it.

'That's why I'm going to prove it to you.' He said as I sat down on the bed beside him.

'How are you going to do that?' I asked, really curious. That earned a smirk from him.

'Someone's curious. That hasn't changed.' He said, his smirk growing.

'Neither has that big smirk of yours.' I said laughing.

He laughed with me and suddenly got serious again after a minute. 'Let's go to the zoo.'

'What? Why?' I asked shocked.

'Because I think it would be fun, don't you?' He asked, smiling.

'Yeah but then I have to change into better clothes.' I said, getting up again.

'Why?' He asked, taking his shades off.

'Because I'm in a short and a T. But I can't decide what to wear.' I said looking through my closet again.

'What about that cute summer dress you wore once when we went to the circus.' He laughed. 'Do you still have it?'

'Yes, I do actually.' I said looking at him with a shocked expression. 'I can't believe you remembered that.'

'How could I not? The clown threw a bucket of water on you and you got me a clown nose.' He laughed. I remember that day. It was one of the best times we had together.
