There he was, in his bedroom getting ready for bed, everything he did was interesting. He wasn't like most humans. He actually used his brain unlike all the other shallow idiots. Humans. A sad excuse of a living being. Except him, he was different.
My stomach rumbled and my fangs throbbed inside my gums. It was time to go. I went into town to find my unlucky prey. Sadly it was mostly parents with little kids, there was a fun day for thanksgiving or whatever. Why it went so late I don't know but it was very inconvenient since I found my target.
"Get the fuck away from her." I growl at what looked like a guy in his early twenties. Usually I would only take enough so they wouldn't die, make them forget then heal the wound. Not tonight, I've had a bad day and this asshole is always harassing people.
Pinning him to the ground I tell the girl to run, not that she needed to be told. She thanked me before taking off. At least some people still have manners.
I take the guy behind a building and sink my teeth into him. He must've been extremely drunk since his bloody tasted like alcohol. At least it's the kind I like. He slumped to the ground when I let him go.
"Holy shit." There was a guy in an apron standing at the back door. He ran slamming the door behind him. Fuck. I unlock the door with my mind and grab the back of his shirt before he gets far. My eyes turn white, he goes in a trance like state and drops to the ground. He'll wake up in a few minutes remembering nothing.
I didn't worry about the body, I'd tell Vinny and Josh to get it later.
Now that I was in a better mood I'm going to check on my human again before going home. He was tossing around unable to sleep like always, nothing that couldn't be fixed. He had a big day tomorrow and needed his sleep.

"Stalking your boyfriend again." Devin smirks.
"Shut up." I say rolling my eyes.
"Aw come on Ricky, I'm just teasing." He pouts.
"I know." I smile, Ghost was sensitive when it came to me.
"So is he cute?"
"Very, I'll show you sometime."
"Yes yes." He says excitedly, he was like my little brother.
"Ghostyyy." Vinny comes in whining. "I need help."
We miserably try holding in a laugh. He'd somehow gotten a claw stuck in his shirt. Only you Vin, only you. Vinny was the only werewolf in our family, usually we avoided other creatures but Ghost came across Vinny in his wolf form since they can't turn until a certain age. Because he was the runt of the litter he was left behind. He'd gotten caught in a barbwire fence, Devin untangled and brought him home. At first we were hesitant to let him stay but Devins little sad face eventually got to us. Most werewolves had brown eyes, the ones with blue were special. They must've not noticed since they're color blind unless they're in human form. Stupid wolves. At least your stupidity benefited someone. Although we didn't know what made Vinny special from the other werewolves we'd find out eventually.
"Ow."
"Sorry Vin." There was a small trickle of blood running down his chest from his claws digging in. " I'll fix it." Devin runs his tounge over the little wound instantly healing it. I smirk as Vinnys cheeks turn red.
"All better." Devin pecks his cheek and skips off.
"What." Vinny asks innocently.
"Nothin'" I walk off knowing it would drive him crazy that I wouldn't tell him. "There's a body behind the bakery if Josh will go with you."
There was noise coming from the kitchen so I decided to investigate.
"Whatcha cooking." I stand on my tip toes to look over Ryan's shoulder.
"Figuring out why my cookies didn't work out." On the counter there was a pan of burnt, disgusting cookies.
"Did you put in flour?"
"Well duh."
"Butter?"
"Yeah."
"Eggs."
"Um... yes."
"Uh huh." I roll my eyes, "put half the butter in and the other half blood, tastes better."
"Ok, thanks Rick."
"No problem."
What to do know? Devins hiding in his room again, Ryan's 'baking' and Vinnys probably annoying the crap out of Josh. I get bored easily. I run up the many stairs to get a book until the sounds of crying came from behind a closed door.
"Devin?" I say softly, it goes quiet so I push the door open. Devin was in his bed curled up in a little ball.
"Devin." I pull him into my arms, "what's wrong?"
"I don't know." He chokes out. "I really don't." I pull out a bottle of alcohol he always had under his bed and hand it to him. We pass it back and forth until he fell asleep. I decided to stay with him incase he woke up in pain. I roll my eyes when a crash comes from downstairs, Vinny and Josh must've come back after taking care of the body. Josh liked to expirement with different body parts and Vinny would eat the rest. Then Josh would sneak Vinny into a bar and they'd get drunk together. Drunk to the point that Josh would flirt with Ryan. Ryan being the horny bastard he is would always give in. They'd never talk about it though, it was strictly a friend with benefits kind of thing. I could already hear them fucking in the other room.
