Nick's POV.

I walked through the woods of the pack, ugh I hate going on duty for checking out if there are any rouges in out territory! Its so boring, right now I would be f*cking some other female in the pack. Having no mate is awesome! I get to go around and mess with the females. Hmm who should I f*ck after this? Janet, Daniela, Ashley, or Vanessa?
' How about no one?' My wolf growled
' Shut up.' I snapped.
' Not until we find our mate'
' For the last time, lets just wait for a while'
'No' my wolf growled furiously
As I was having an argument with my wolf I didn't realize I crashed into a big bush. I mentaly groaned and smelled something. Some weird smell that I never smelled,obiously not a rouge because I would of known right away. The scent was more closer as I walked in the bush I crashed into earlier. In the other side of the bush was a beautiful white wolf that was about my size with really blue ocean eyes. She looked at me curiously, but kept her gaurd up, I just standed there, trying to reconize her scent. Rouge? No.......Beta?...... No....... Alpha? No.....

Before I can think of any more suggestions, a powerful growl came from the white wolf. I whimpered.... wait..... why did I whimper? The only kind of power werewolves can have are alphas, but she doesn't smell like one.
She growled another powerful growl and once again, I whimpered.... I got to stop doing that, im future beta of the Midnight Pack and I must show no fear.
' Lame' My wolf said
' I wasn't talking to you ' I growled.
I took one last glance at the white wolf and her ocean blue eyes and ran off to the pack house, but only one question came to my mind.
Who and what was she?
