Caine Affection - Chapter 14

Brenda's POV

I kept walking in the forest that seemed like there was no end to it. I want to stop walking and go to sleep but my legs kept going. I looked straight and saw a light, maybe that was the way out. I saw this little path of rocks, I started following the path but when I reached the end of the path I saw millions of werewolfs fighting and many of them in the ground, dead while some were fighting for their lives. I kept looking at the scene before me and saw a familiar white wolf with forest green eyes in the ground trying to keep her eyes open. I tried running to her but the more I ran, the less I was closer, I kept running until everything blacked out. I started seeing a tiny light, I groaned a bit as I started opening my eyes. I was in a hospital? My vision was now perfect and saw a sleeping Skye leaning against a boy that looked like about our age, and saw a sleeping guy leaning against my bed, holding my hand? When I looked closely at him he wasnt any ordinary guy, he was the one that I saw earlier? Wait, how long was I asleep? I started getting up a bit and when I tried moving my hand from his, he shot right up looking around for danger,but when he looked at me his eyes were filled with shock, happiness and.... love? We looked at eachother for like what seemed like five minutes until I was attacked with a bear hug that must be Skye.

" Oh my goodness your awake!" Skye said as she hugged me tighter, as we heard a low growl but Skye ignored it

" How long was I out?" I asked not looking nowhere but Skye

" 2 months" She said pulling away

" Oh....... WAIT TWO MONTHS?!?" I yelled

" Yes and dont you dare to do that ever again Brenda you scared the crap out of Brandon, Jake and me. "

" Whos Jake?" I asked confused as she stared at me like I was the most stupidest person.

" Your mate?" she said pointing at the guy next to me, as 'Jake' blushed a little, aw how cute he blushed..... Stop it Brenda, stop perverting on your 'mate'

I looked and saw Jake also staring at me, what the heck is a mate? Is it a food or something?

" Um whats a mate?" I asked feeling dumb

" A mate is a companion that you love and will never leave them and have pups" Jake said quickly and he blushed even more, is that a hobby? Blushing?

" So Jake is my mate?" I said excited, I never knew being a werewolf brought you so much luck and love

" Yes" Skye said as she wiggled her eyebrows and I felt my cheeks warm up.

" Did your parents ever tell you about mates?" Nick asked. Shit what am I supposed to say now?

" Oh um, they died" I said. Hmm thats a good excuse

" Oh im so sorry" Skye said

" Its okay"

I sat up and stared at Jake that looked happy you could even tell it in his eyes. I didnt even realized our lips were only inches apart and he looked at me asking for permission, I nodded and his lips crashed into mine, lots of fireworks and shocks were going on as he slided his tounge in my mouth and gladly let him in. We kissed for about 5 minutes until someone cleared their throat and we both pulled away breathless and smiling eachother, but when I looked at who cleared their throat it was the doctor. Once again he cleared his throat again Jake and I looked at him confused until we saw that he was staring at Skye and Nick, having a full makeout session. They pulled away and both of them were blushing, they are so cute, I wonder if Jake and I are like that. I looked back at the doctor and she smiled.

" I see you finally woke up" She said looking over some papers in her clipboard.

" Yep" I said as I felt big strong arms wrap around me as I blushed

" When can she get out of the hospital?" Jake asked

" Well since shes in good condition she can leave today"

I mentally did the happy dance, I could spend some time with Jake and get to know him better.

About an hour later we were in my house, with Skye help me pack up my stuff, we agreed that we can both share a room in the pack house since now I am now part of the pack. We were both quiet when Skye's phone started vibrating, she got her phone and stared at the screen for a few seconds and her face turned into a face full of worry.

" Whats wrong?" I asked

" Oh um, Jake sended me a message saying that we were having a family dinner and that you get to go to." She said

" Wait, why do I go?"

" Cause your Jake's mate and your part family now"

" But what do I even wear since I have nothing fancy to wear" I said

" Well wear one of my dresses, we will continue packing tomorrow" She said dragging me to her car.

We each took a shower in diffrent bathrooms and when I stepped out I felt fresh I sat down in my bed and a few seconds later Skye came with a towel around her body.(A/N: Dirty Minds! Lol jk)

She went inside a walk in closet and came back with a navy blue dress and a pink one that looked the exact same with black high heels

After we both did our make up and did our hair I looked at the creature standing before me, it was not me at all.

" You look sexy! Now lets go before were late" Skye said pushing me out

We both walked downstairs to see Jake and Nick laying down in the couch watching tv with identical tuxs. Whoa S*x godesses right there! They both got up when they saw us and their eyes turned gold while each of them checking us out.What did that mean?

' Its means they are horny' Snow said but I ignored it

" You look.. beautiful" Jake said as he wrapped his arms around me and I blushed

" and you look .... Sexy." I teased and saw him blush. Muhahaha Score 1 for Brenda and Jake 0 >:D

We all got on Nick's car and drove off to I suppose Jake and Skye's parents house.

A couple minutes later we arrived in this mansion but not as big as the pack house. We all entered Nick holding Skye's hand and Jake holding mine.

We entered the empty dinning room and took our seats as a couple minutes later a man with blonde hair and brown eyes came in that looked alot like Jake then a lady with jet black hair came in with ocean blue eyes, im guessing their Skye and Jake's parents. They all gave us a smile but when they saw me they looked confused but before anyone can say anything, a girl with red hair and green eyes came in. She was about our age, and she was very pretty only that she put WAY TOO MUCH makeup. Everyone stared at her confused until Jake's Dad spoke up that made my body tingle and get full of anger.

" Jake my son, meet Karla, your gonna mate with her."
