The nurse comes in and starts to get the ultrasound set up. She is around her mid-20s with blonde hair a little past her shoulders. I see that her name tag says "Zoe Sugg" (There is going to be a lot of YouTube cameos in this story)
"You must be Magnus Bane?" The nurse asks. I slowly nod my head. She then gets her clipboard out of her bag.
"I just need you to lift up your shirt so your stomach is out, okay?" "Okay" I respond. I then expose my stomach while Alec holds my hand. Zoe then gets out this clear liquid and puts it all over my stomach.
(After the ultrasound)
Alec and I leave the doctors smiling like buffoons. He is holding the picture of our baby and I'm actually excited to be having a baby with the man I love.
