"I can't survive on my own , it might be a good idea to stick around with other cats" He thought to himself. The young cat speaking interrupted his thoughts, "Maybe he could join our clan-" she was cut off by Firestorm's hiss, " NO! We have no idea who this cat is, he doesn't have clan blood!" Raven gazed down at his paws, not sure what to do or say. "We can't just leave him here , Firestorm , he is too young and he could be a valuable member of RiverClan." the silver she cat meowed. "If he goes to a different clan then that would just mean all the more power to them! Every cat makes a difference , Firestorm.", the young cat spoke again. " Alright ", Firestorm growled. Then they all turned to face Raven, uneasiness prickled through his fur. He simply nodded his agreement. The silver shecat flicked her tail, gesturing for them all to follow her lead.
She came to a halt at the edge of a stream, "Sorry Raven, you will have to get your paws wet.", she mewed before she picked him up by the scruff and waded into the stream. Raven shuddered as the ice cold water lapped at his fur. Before he knew it , he was on the other side shaking himself damp. They were now on an island and headed towards an entrance to a clearing. As they walked through the entrance , he grew scared inside, but he hid it as he puffed his chest fur out bravely. The shecat lead him to the middle of the camp where a large tree trunk laid against a rock. She slowed her pace before she peered inside , " WillowStar? You awake?" she said in a hushed voice. There was a rustling as WillowStar rose to stretch. "Come in", she welcomed us. Raven padded in after the silver cat, still unaware of her name and sat down next to her infront of WillowStar."And who would this be?", the dark grey tabby meowed. "We just found him on patrol", she reported, " he's lost " . WillowStar gave him a caring glance, "I see." , she sighed, "poor kit, left all alone". There was a moment of silence before she spoke again, " If you are going to join RiverClan , you have to be strong,we don't have time for weaknesses , you need to be smart, cunning and loyal. So what makes you think you have what it takes?", she challenged.
