I think Vanessa is starting to remember something and she's just not telling us. I saw the look on her face when she sat down on the swing. Sebastian started to talk and she looked like she was in a totally different world.

I look to see what Vanessa was doing. She was pouring herself a shot of whiskey and gazing at Sebastian as he was working out. I started to laugh as I walked up to her.

"How many of those have you had?" I asked her.

"Only maybe about fifth or sixth shot." She replies.

"Oi. I think that's enough for you." I say.

I take away the bottle from her hands as she takes one more shot. She turns around. I wonder if she'll remember everything from before.

"Do you guys care if I throw a few punches at it as well?" She asks.

I wonder why she wants to do that. I don't know what to say. Do I care? Not really.

"Sure, go ahead. Whenever you want" I reply.

   Sebastian comes through the doorway.

"So I guess that means we're boxing partners." He says, grabbing himself a glass of water.

She gives an odd look and just rolls her eyes. She stands there as he unwraps his hands. Her eyes widen a little as she sees the scare in his left palm. I remember that. I have it's identical twin in the palm of my right hand. That's when Bash and I promised to always be there for each other. We consider each other family. I admit it is a little weird to be roommates in a house we bought together. We sound like a married couple or something. I laugh at the thought.

I check the time on the clock above the tv. It's almost noon. I head upstairs to start fixing lunch. I think of what could happen if I leave Vanessa and Bash together by themselves down here. I smile at the thought.
