Chapter 2

Jeff's POV

I slowly skidded my feet against the pavement. I looked up slowly at a wanted poster of me. Do they really think they can stop me? They can't even find me! That made me laugh as I continued walking. Then, I saw this girl sitting by herself. I pulled the knife out of my back pocket and began making my way towards her. As I wrapped my hand around her soft lips, she didn't even scream or yell or anything.

"What do you want?" Her voice managed to get through.

"Go to sleep," I whispered in her ear making her scream.

"No need to scream, just putting you out of your misery," I spoke making sure she could not scream again.

"I'm not miserable," She responded turning her head to look up at me.

As she looked into my soulless eyes, her skin tone went white. Obviously, she could tell who I am, Jeff the Killer.

"Jeff, I-I don't want to be another victim of you," She mumbled.

"I have heard many people begging, what makes you different?" I asked, making myself question what I have not killed her.

The voice came back into my head.

Spare Her! Make her your partner in crime! Make the police confused!

"I-I," She started to speak.

I pulled her to her feet and dragged her into the woods as police sirens went off.

"You are going to do as I say," I whispered in her ear.

"Wait, you're not going to kill me?" She asked.

"Not yet, at least," I responded.

"Go home, see your "family" for the last time, don't call the police or tell your parents or i'll kill them, i'll get you tomorrow night," I told her.

"O-ok, I will not tell them.. Don't kill them," She mumbled.

"Go," I replied.

She slowly ran out of the woods holding her arm, as if I had hurt her. I have to keep an eye on her so she doesn't cry to anyone. I'm surprised she didn't comment about my face. That's normally what everyone else does. I guess she is not like everyone else.
