The trip back to Ohiri was full of tension and silence. Both the Cahtans and Medhog glared at each other, fingers tensed around their weapons. It seemed as if Sora was the only one not bothered by this, as she just sat back and asked questions about me.

"How long have you been here? What happened when you first met Rose? What are your personal motivations for trying to reunite the Kesk?" She said, bombarding me with questions.

"Slow down Sora, he can only answer so much at once." Rose chirped in. It's hard to believe either one of them are Queens, I've known Rose for several weeks now. With her childish nature, you would never expect her to be any form of royalty, and with what I know about Sora, she seems to be too distracted by things. She doesn't even seem to notice the tension in the air here.

"I came here a few weeks ago, when Rose appeared on my front door, it still feels like it just recently happened..." I responded, trying to figure out a way to tell her all about my journey.

A knock on my door snapped me awake from a rather bland dream. Looking around the room caused me to realize I must of dozed off on the living room couch. Another knock caused me to sloppily get up and drag myself to the door, eying the clock on my way there. '7:45', the clock read.

Wondering what anyone could possibly want this late at night, I looked through the peep hole to see two large men wearing hoodies stand outside. Allowing my hand to slip off the door handle it currently rested on, I slowly backed away. I may be tired, but I'm not stupid. Reaching for my phone I dialed 911 and let my finger hover over the 'call' button just in case.

The knocking got louder and louder with every moment I wasted. Finally I opened the door to greet the hooded men. "Is there something I can help-" before I could finish I got cut off.

"Have you seen or heard anything about strange girl pink hair?" One asked in a voice that sounded like he was gurgling something in his throat. That mixed in with his poor English made it obvious he wasn't from around here.

"No I haven't seen any girls around here at all, with or without pink hair." It wasn't lie, I'm a full grown adult and I haven't even kissed a girl. I've had many girl friends, you can thank internet dating for that, but I've never had a girl over at my place before.

The two men started conversing in their strange dialect. "Well if that's all you need to know then I guess I'll be going." I said as I slowly began closing the door, only to have them kick it open before I could finish, knocking me to the ground.

They quickly rushed inside and pointed two large firearms to my face. The lamp next to my front door allowed me to get a clear image of their faces. Greenish scale-like skin wrapped around their face, dotted in bruises and cuts. Their eyes were  almost pure black, except for the red pupil in the center. Having them stand over me showed me just how tall they really were, neither of them were shorter than six feet tall and they had more muscle than most body builders I've seen.

One turned to close the door whilst the other grabbed me by the throat and began dragging me back towards the living room.

Raising their weapons weapons towards me before letting me go, they through me against the tiled floor. "What the hell...are you!?" I shouted while still trying to gasp for some air and assess whatever the hell is going on.

"We messangers of Covenant, here to deliver message", one replied as I felt the cold barrel of his gun press against my forhead, "die".
