Hinny- what happened after the war (COMPLETED)

Chapter 1

It was over! Voldemort is dead!
Harry walks slowly towards the great hall which is crowded with people worried and sad, people standing over there dead loved ones. As Harry pushes open the two gigantic oak doors everyone turns, then a cheer of excitement flows through the hall. People are running at him asking questions but all Harry could think about was the people that died for him. Harry unlike everyone else was still upset, he kept blaming himself for the death of everyone at the battle of hogwarts, hermione and Ron trying to comfort Harry but it was no use and stress was filling him and he passed out.

(RON'S POV)
We rushed Harry to the hospital wing, we had just found him passed out on his bed presumably from stress, Madame pomfrey was soon there and confirmed that Harry had collapsed from stress although we won't find out what caused it until harry wakes up.
"I do hope Harry is ok"
"I'm sure he will be" replied hermione
"It's just I really hope he isn't blaming himself for the death of everyone"
"It is the sort of thing he might do" said hermione
"I think we should leave him to rest and come back and see how he's doing tomorrow"
"Yeah I agree" said hermione

(HARYY'S POV)
I don't exactly remember what happened all I remember is think about the war and also, ginny. I do really like her but I don't think she really likes me anymore after what I did to her last year. And after that I woke up in the hospital wing about a week later.
At the end of my bed there were get well soon cards and a huge pile of gifts, I looked through the pile and see a gift from ginny and I decide to open it and there is a card and a shirt, my old shirt, ginny had my shirt! I opened the card and it read: 'dear Harry I hope you get well soon, and just to let you know I do really miss you and I would like to talk to you soon. Love ginny'

Thoughts flew through my mind, did ginny still like me? Will she be mad at me? Will the weaslys even like me after Fred died? Well there was only one way to find out, I made my way to the great hall and found where they were sitting but the clearly saw me first. They all came running over to me and we had a huge group hug, we then sat down on one of the long tables and dug into the delicious food. The whole meal I could not stop looking and when she caught me I looked away quickly and probably turned red as a tomato, after dessert I got up and hurried out of the hall so I didn't embarrass myself further.

(GINNY'S POV)
I see Harry get up rather quickly after dinner, I think it's because I caught him starring at me while eating dinner. I still really like Harry, I've had a crush on him since I was ten but I would like to know the reasons he broke up with me, I don't even know if he likes me anymore. I decide to get up and go after Harry and try and find out and get answers.
"Harry?"
"What?!" Harry said angrily
"I want to talk to you"
"About what?" He said still angry
"I wanted to know why you broke up with me and where you went for the whole year. And what happened in the forbidden forest"
"So your not angry at me for your brothers death?" Exclaimed Harry
"Harry I would never blame you for Fred's death, he was fighting for what he believed"
"I just feel like it's all my fault" Harry said sounding upset, he had calmed down and I decided to take him to an empty class room to question him about the event before the war.

"So" I said " what happened after, well, after you broke up with me?"
"Firstly I'm really sorry for breaking up with you I really am. I did it to protect you ginny." Harry said calmly
" protect me? From what?"
"Voldemort. he was killing everyone I cared for to try and get to me, so I broke up with you."
"Oh, I'm so sorry harry I didn't realise. I thought you broke up with me because you didn't like me anymore, anyway please continue with the story after that."
"So I went with Ron and hermione hunting something called a horcrux, it something that you can store part of your soul in. I destroyed one of them in my second year and your first year. You were there when I destroyed it. The first horcrux was Tom riddles diary. The second item was a ring, I believe it was Tom riddles mothers ring. Dumbledore destroyed that one. Ok this is where the story gets hard for me" sighed Harry
"You can tell me Harry"
"Ok, so me and dumbledore went looking for the next horcrux was a locket, me and dumbledore went into a cave to find it, we crossed a lake to a island made of crystal, on the island was a basin containing some sort of potion which you had to drink. Dumbledore made me feed him the potion and after I did he went crazy, he then decided he wanted water and I tried to fill the basin which it did but I couldn't use the goblet to give it to him. I then walked to the edge of the lake to fill the goblet when I was dragged in and under the water by a cursed dead body. I then saw fire coming threw the water and hitting the creature that got me.
I finally made it to the surface and saw dumbledore standing there causing a sort of fire tornado and I swam back to the shaw and we hopped into the boat and made our way out. So that was the 3rd horcrux or so we thought, it turned out it was fake and the real locket had already been stolen."
"Wow" I was utterly amazed at what Harry had been through
"So after that we aparated to dumbledore's office when Malfoy came up, I was hidden on the flaw bellow though I could see everything, Malfoy was threatening to kill dumbledore but only disarmed him. Then about 3 death eaters turned up and encouraged Malfoy to kill him, but in the end it was shape who killed him."
"Harry" I said "I'm so sorry" the. We both hugged in silence for about 5 minuets until Harry said
"May I continue?"
"Go ahead"
So we found the actual locket in professor umbrage's  office at the ministry and we then went into a forest, we stayed there for about a week before Ron left me and hermione,"
"WAIT! RON LEFT YOU!"
"Yes" Harry said calmly
"I'm going to murder him"
Well after a few weeks of failing to find the sword of griffindor to destroy the locket I was on guard duty, when I saw a patronus, it was a doe, and I later found out that that was the patronus of snapes. Anyway he lead us to the sore I saw it in the bottom of a frozen of pond, me being me I went after it, I grabbed the sword but something grabbed, I thought it would be the end of me but Ron grabbed my ankle and pulled me out of the ice cold water and rapped me in a towel and we then destroyed the 3rd horcrux."
Harry let out a huge sigh then continued with the story "After that we returned to hogwarts as you know, we destroyed the next two horcruxes"
I began " so that's 5 of them, and I know there were 7."
Well one of them was the snake which Nevill cut the head off and the seventh one was....."Harry said the last bit with sadness in his voice and I could tell he was sad about something.
"Harry what is it?"
"well you know horcruxes need destroying or killing, well, I was the seventh horcrux."
I gasped "you a horcrux? are you still a horcrux?
"I'm not a horcrux any more, Voldemort made me a horcrux accidentally. So your question about what I was doing in the forbidden forest, I knew I was a horcrux so I turned my self in, hagrid had been captured and was there."
I saw a tear form in Harry's eye and said "it alright Harry he's gone now"
"Ginny it not that"
"Then what is it" I said curiously
"Ginny I walked up to him and he...he used the killing curse and killed me."
"Then harry how comes your here now?"
" dumbledore told me when my mother died, I survived because of magic more powerful than any cure"
"And what is this magic?"
"Love ginny love. I didn't die because..."
"Harry are you alright"
"...because I was thinking of you when the killing curse hit me. Ginny I was thinking of you because I love you"
"Harry" I said crying "you died for me?"
"Yes. And after I 'died' I went to kings cross and talked to dumbledore and he told me everything. Then I had a choice"
"What's that choose?"
"To die or to come back" Harry said slowly " and ginny I want you to know the reason I came back."
"What is it harry?"
"The only reason I came back to life is..... Is because I love you ginny, I don't care if you don't like me back but all I want to do is make you happy"
"Harry I couldn't have lived without you. Harry, I love you too."
"Ginny I'm really sorry about breaking up with you but.... But will you like to be my girlfriend again?"
"Harry, of course I'll be you girlfriend"
Then it happens we kissed, I felt sparks running through my body and when we both pulled away we both grinned at each other and walked back to the great hall hand in hand.
