"Hey Kellie, uh funny story. I accidentally deleted your number." I sighed, this seemed to happen a lot. My phone was so old and it lags a lot, so anything could happen to it.

"Of course!" she chuckled a little bit.

"Uh, so can I get your number again?"

"Sure."

I got my phone out of my pocket in my sweatshirt and went to my contacts and pressed on the little plus sign. She read off the digits and I copied them into the contact.

As Kellie was leaving, I checked over her contact so I could add a name to the contact. I really needed to hurry because my phone would die in any second. I checked over her number real quick too.

WAIT!! was it 4 or 3 at the end? it was definitely a 3. I was paying attention to what she was saying so I must have it right.

The school day was over and my mom was here to pick me up. She always picked me up. I never took the bus. The reason, I don't know why. I guess she just never called the bus company.

When we got home, I went straight up to my room to do homework. I always got a ton of homework every single day. It really stresses me out because it's so much that it's very difficult to get it all done before the next day. I usually end up staying up late to get it all done, and then the next day, I can barely get out of bed.

After about an hour of nonstop homework, I took my phone off the charger and went to text Kellie.

maddy: hey asshole

unknown: uh.. who is this?

maddy: don't be dumb Kellie, it's me maddy. y'know your bestfriend.

unknown: wtf are you talking about?! my name isn't Kellie.

maddy: oh I'm so sorry I meant to text my friend. I must've put in the wrong number. sorry again

unknown: haha, so what's your name?

maddy: uhh maddy. You?

unknown: chandler.
