Jason's pov
Me and my partners in crime Donny and Kevin were sneaking into the king and queen's castle for one purpose to steal the royal princess's crown. It was heavily guarded which they took the guards out as I walked over to it. We all took off running, the calvalry chasing us. My plan is to ditch these fools and take the reward for myself. "Wow good job for a rookie. I didn't think you had it in you." Kevin taunts. I roll my eyes. "Rookie my ass. I've been doing this shit since I was a kid." I say, proudly. We run into the woods where I plan on ditching them. The calvalry was on our tails, the sound of hoofprints speeding my heart rate. "Gimme me the bag!" Donny says, holding a hand out. I stare at him shocked. "No!" I gasp, clutching it protectively to my chest. They both look ready to pummel me. I take off running, now not only the calvalry chasing me but Donny and Kevin too. I reach a dead end! I press my back to it, holding the bag that holds the crown. "Give it!" "Over my dead body!" I growl. Kevin laughs. "It's two against one. You're cornered." I smile. "Actually. It's two against none." I say, scaling the wall. Their too fumbly to climb it. "I'd love to stay and chat but the royal calvalry is headed your way and I haven't been caught once." They curse my name as I take off running. Suddenly a horse and rider bounds in front of me! Shit! I stop in my tracks. "Give the crown back and your punishment will be less severe." No way! I came too far to give up now! I run passed him but the horse bites the back of my shirt! "Hey!" I gasp, caught off guard. "Give it up!" I smirk. "Sorry constable that ain't how I roll." I toss an apple in the air. The horse releases me to grab it, thus knocking the rider off, leaving him dazed. I bolt, my chest hurting from the running. I lean my back against a tree, trying to stop my racing heart. Oh I forgot. I didn't introduce myself my name's Jason. Jason Aldean. Notorious pickpocket and thief since I was nine years old and proud of it. All I wanna do is be rich and away from all these idiots. I hear the sound of hooves! Proper introduction will have to wait. "Gotta hide." I whisper, walking through some bushes. My eyes go wide, seeing an old abandoned tower. I smirk. "Perfect."
