Naruko's POV

Naruto and I listened to the Pervy Sage as he spoke to us about having two different types of chakra; at first I didn't understand what he was going on about, but when he pointed at our stomachs I knew. He was talking about our chakra, and our beasts chakra.

"And then there's summoning. You've seen me do it before. It's a very difficult task." The Sage teased, looking down at us with a smirk.

My eyes widened at what he was implying. "Are you going to teach us?!" I squealed. Pervy Sage chuckled and nodded. "I'll start with Naruto," he said, making me pout.

"Ok, Naruto, I want you to ware out your chakra. Naruko, well... You can watch." He said. I nodded, sitting down carefully.

Naruto summoned a bunch of shadow clones, forcing them beat each other up. I laughed as they bickered and fought, punching and kicking until they all disappeared. Naruto finally finished, and landed at Jiriya's feet in a beaten up heap.

I watched as Pervy Sage bit his thumb and spread the fresh blood across his palm, before performing hand signs and pressing his palm to the ground. "Summoning Jutsu!" He shouted.

There was a puff of smoke that quickly cleared in the breeze, revealing Pervy Sage standing atop a giant toad.

"That's so COOL!" Naruto and I chorused. The toad bent down and handed Naruto a scroll. Naruto opened it, observing the signatures of previous summoners, which included the name 'Minato Namikaze'. Naruto bit his thumb and wrote his name in blood on the scroll, in one of the empty spaces.

I watched and waited in awe as Naruto finished his signature. "Hurry up, hurry up!" I urged him excitedly.

Naruto finally finished, handing the scroll to me. Jiriya watched intently as I signed it just like Naruto did. The moment I finished and lifted my thumb off the paper, the scroll began to shake. "Eh?"

A puff of smoke rose from where my name was, or at least, where it used to be. It was gone; there was a blank piece of parchment where I had written my name. 

Pervy Sage's eyebrows furrowed. "I could've figured as much... Should have known you weren't one for the toads. Hold on, Naruko. I have another scroll here." Pervy Sage sighed, turning around to dig through his bag.

He pulled out another scroll, tossing it to me. I caught it and opened it, looking at the species name. I gasped, staring at it in awe. "Wolves? I'm going to summon wolves?" I grinned. Naruto pouted.

"Aw come on! She gets to summon wolves and I get stinkin' toads?!" He whined. I giggled, signing my name and hoping it wouldn't disappear. Thankfully this time, it accepted my signature. "Cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool!" I chanted, jumping around. Pervy sage chuckled at my antics.
