Amaya's POV:
Tugging the door shut behind me I saw Carmen's mouth almost fall open as she quietly set her tray on a small table we had in front of a big couch and TV. I sighed slowly walking to the mini kitchen behind the huge area of ours. We didn't normally get lunch, but it was time to restock our supplies for food. The area was basically a second house, but it was mainly so in case we had to study we could stay and kick back here for a while before we went home. I didn't really understand why our dad had been buying out this area I mean we had used it alot when our mother was alive. She worked at the school and during lunch breaks she'd come in here and call us from our classes a bit early to make us lunch. I never really had many friends in school and was always in the background when my sister hung out with her friends. Of course no one ever knew about this area back here they just knew we never actually ate lunch in the cafeteria. Cutting off my thoughts Carmen walked behind me and slightly whispered,"I get it if you don't want us in here ya know." she paused not saying anything else. I looked at her and smiled,"It's fine, I'm just not used to anybody in here anymore..." I trailed off as my voice cracked and continued the sentence,"Since our mom died we normally just come in here alone and kind of eat in silence.." I smiled,"you guys are the first friends we've ever had in here." I felt myself blush as I looked down at the empty sink.
Carmen's POV:
I found it kind of cute when Amaya blushed, it made her seem more innocent then she already was. She was a really nice girl when it came down to that, I could tell that she really missed her mom. I could see how sad she was when I looked into her eyes. Especially when she spoke about her mother. I was honestly glad I had met her, even if she seemed sad. I looked up and saw a tear fall from Amaya's face. I saw her hands tighten in a fist and her knees looked like they were gonna give out. I rushed and gently grabbed her waist causing her knees to give out and me to slump to the floor with her. I gently patted her head as I felt the warm tears fall on my arm. Mizuki and Majo didn't notice through their uncontrollable giggling and flirtatious gestures. It relieved me just a little bit, I had Carmen all to myself, even if she wasn't in the greatest state it was still nice to be able to comforting her and the longer we sat there the less she cried. She eventually calmed down and looked up at me with blood shot eyes and small bags under her eyes, i handed her a tissue. She blew her nose a quietly said,"Thank you." I leaned down and kissed her four-head,"Anything for you princess." Causing a deep red blush to spread over her face.
Amaya's POV:
I felt my cheeks get hot and Carmen's smile made me blush more. I realized where I was as I lifted my off of Carmen's space and noticed the tension ease. I smiled gently pushing a little weight onto her leg causing her to lightly blush pink. I laughed and got up brushing the dust off my clothes and rubbed my eyes and gently rubbed the bags away. Looking down at Carmen I put my hand out to help her up, grabbing it she pulled up causing me fall back just slightly, smiling she thanked me and walked to where my sister and her friend were and sat on the couch. I walked up and grabbed my tray and sat next to her and began to eat my sand-which. I could feel Carmen's eyes on me which caused the heat to climb to my cheeks and a small grumble accidentally rose causing Carmen to look away blushing. I finished my sand-which and looked at my sister as she continuously flirted back and forth like there was no tomorrow. I sighed causing Carmen to giggle just slightly, looking over I got close to her face causing a light red to rise on her cheeks and out of boldness she leaned forward planting a gentle kiss on my lips, I gasped lowly causing Carmen to back up shyly and scoot away just slightly. I didn't know what to do, a small spark arose from my hand causing me to jump and Mizuki and Majo to look at what had just happened.
Majo's POV:
Carmen had awoken Amaya's powers without even planning it. I sighed and looked at Carmen as her cheeks remained flushed and then at Amaya who also had flushed cheeks and a very confused look on her face. I sighed and looked at Mizuki then back at Amaya and Carmen, taking a deep breath I began to explain EVERYTHING, why me and Carmen were so interested in them, obviously not including the other stuff, emphasizing with a wink towards Carmen and Amaya as their red cheeks reappeared. Mizuki looked at me with slight curiosity on whether our intentions were supposed to go this far, reassuring them both that the side feelings were not intended at all, that it all just happened. Amaya looked at Carmen and back at me then her sister,"Oh." was all she managed to say causing the clear look of disappointment to spread over Carmen's face. I watched as Carmen silently got up threw the remaining trash of hers away and walked out of the beautiful room. Amaya's eyes remained on her until the door closed causing her to flinch and turn without a word. I left without another word just a silent sorry to Mizuki as I looked at Amaya's back.
