Chapter 2

9 1 1

By the time it got to 5th period I as already regretting what I had said to Aiden. It was hard to see him hurt. I can't drag him into my mess. I love him too much

I went down to the gym to practice for graduation with the rest of my peers. I took the seat next to Emilia.
    "Where's Aiden?" She asked.
She knew that we were inseparable. We did literally everything together.
"Oh, um we got into a little fight this morning." It made me feel even more guilty talking about it. Almost as if on cue, he walked in. My heart dropped as he took a seat in the back.
"What happened? You guys make up in like five seconds after a fight," Emilia asked, obviously confused.
    "It's a long story."
"We got time," Emilia said urging the details out of me.
"Alright, alright. I'll tell you, but just so you stop asking. I told him that he can't come with me to--to wherever I'm going," It hurt reliving it.                                                                                Nattie, you know that he loves you and just wants to make sure you're going to be okay." Emilia said that just as our principal started talking about graduation.

When I got home, I went right up to my room and threw my backpack on my bed. My parents weren't home, probably out getting drunk somewhere. I couldn't hold it in anymore, I burst into tears. Makeup running down my face. I looked at myself in the mirror. What did I do to deserve this life? I though. Obviously, I love Emilia and Aiden. I couldn't stand the thought of leaving them.

I dried up my tears and thought about more happy things like where I was going to go tomorrow afternoon. I laid down on my bed and drifted off to a dark, dreamless slumber.

I hope that this story is getting more interesting. Don't worry as we get into it, it'll get better. So far it has been so fun writing this and it's only the beginning!  The next chapter will be out soon! My instagram is aestheticx_1d you can follow me for updates
