13. The She-Devil

Muffin's Pov

We walked through the school doors, still hand in hand. Since we were only half an hour early there were a few kids there already.

I could already feel all the stares and glares, coming my way. One by one all eyes were on me, and not the good kind.

He's only been here for a day and he's already the most popular person here? I could hear all the whispers.

"Why is he with a slut like her."

"He could do so much better."

"Why'd he pick her over me?"

"Look at her she's digusting."

Even though I didn't know who these people were, it still hurt. It hurt a lot.

"HEY!!" Sam yelled. "ALL OF YOU SHUT YOUR FACES!"

I was a little startled, but didn't flinch. Everyone went wide eyed, and stared at Sam. "EVERY ONE LISTEN UP. This" he gestures to me, "This is my girlfriend. If I see any of you giving her a look I don't like, you're dead! Ya hear me! So, keep your hands off her! She's mine!" I looked down a little embarrassed at his word.

It was dead scilence not a single word was said. He pulled me down the hall, to my first class, Biology.

"I'll see you after class, if anyone says anything to you, and make you uncomftorble, tell me and I'll deal with it. Okay?"

"O-Okay." I was still pretty embbarressed at his outburst a few minutes ago.

"Hey" he tilts my chin up, "I'll see you later Muffin. I love you."

DID HE JUST DROP THE L-BOMB ON ME!

My cheeks started to heat even more, "You're so adorable when you blush, you know that?"

I didn't answer and just stared into his eyes, he leaned down and pecked my lips, "Bye my sweet little muffin."

And with that he walked off to his class.

Class was a little awkward. For once I wasn't bothered one bit. The kids that usually teased me or shot spit balls at the back of my head didn't once say a single word or touch me.

I was actually pretty relieved. When class was finally over everyone rushed out the door faster than usual.

I was packing my bag when a figure showed up next to me. I look over and it's one of the she-devil's, Mandy Abendo.

"How the he'll did you get Lee to go out with the likes of you!?" she exclaimed. I was a little confused on who she meant by Lee when I remembered I was the only one who knew his real name.

I shruged and continued to pack me bag, I was almost finished when my bag was snatched away from me. Mandy grabbed my bag and dumped everything out.

"Don't ignore me you little bitch. I asked you a question, you should be honord I'm actually talking to you."

That's it. "You know what. I'm not honored because why the hell would I want to talk to a little she-devil you thinks she's the queen of the world. I don't give a flip about what you asked. But I do give a flip that you just dumped all my stuff out of my bag and now I'll be late. So if you don't mind... wait I don't care if you mind. Leave me the fuck alone and got back to hell." I gave her a small tight smile at the end, and reached down to pick me stuff up.

It was finally all in my bag when I got up and walked out leaving her all alone with a look of surprise on her face.

I was grabbed by the hand when I walked out the door. Turning around to see Sam.

"You fuking just roasted her! That was so awesome Muffin!! I never knew you could do that." he actually looked pretty proud.

"*Sigh* What are you doing over here? Your next class is all the way on the other side of the school." I arched an eyebrow at him.

"If it a crime to want to walk my girlfriend to class?" he continued, "Because of it is I will gladly be arrested." he gave me a small smirk and grabbed me by the hand leading me to my next class. How adorable!
