Alone in the night...

Authors Note: I'm trying to get the story done before or on Halloween. If it's not finished by then, then I'm sorry. (:-P) Love y'all! Peace.✌

"Your DNA results are hard to read. But you have some sort of powers you are able to do. And when you turned into a cat some of your DNA mixed with cat DNA." Explained Donnie. "Ok." Said Ruby. She knew what she was able to do. But had no idea how to control her powers. "Well, it's getting pretty late. We should probably go bed." Said Leo. "Wait. Where am I gonna sleep?" Asked Ruby. Everyone was silent trying to think of where she could sleep. "I don't care where I sleep as long as I have a good place to sleep." Said Ruby. "Well if you wanna have a good place to sleep then you'll either have to sleep with one of us or on the floor." Said Leo. "I don't care." Said Ruby even though she wanted to sleep on the floor. "Ok, then you'll sleep in Raph's room." Said Leo. "What?" Ruby was blushing a bit and looked away. "I thought you didn't care." Said Raph. "Yeah but... Yeah I don't care. Um... Night y'all..." Then she followed Raph to his room. "This is gonna be a long night." Murmured Ruby again from the previous time she said it. There were comic books in a lot of places. "Dang that's a lot of comic books." Then Raph got in the bed. Well about half of the bed. "Where do I sleep?" Ruby asked. "Where do you think?" That made Ruby blush. She slowly got in the bed. "This feels weird." She said out loud. "Just deal with it. It'll be over before ya know it." 'Oh wait did I say that out loud?' Ruby thought. 'S***!!!!' She thought again. Ruby was on her side facing the opposite side of Raph. Raph was laying on his back with is hands behind his head. Ruby turned around the other way. Raph was asleep. Then she started to feel tired and closed her eyes shut.

It was 4:00am in the morning. Ruby woke up because she felt something around her waist. "Spike. You feel smoother. What happened." It was Raph. (This us before Spike got Mutated and turned into Slash and joined the Mutanimals. If you have no idea what I'm talking about watch the episode "Slash and Destroy".)  He held Ruby close to him. "Ruby's face was completely red. Then Raph put his hand in Ruby's hair. "You feel hairier. What's with you?" Ruby wanted to just scream. Their noses were touching. 'What the heck! What do I do! Is this normal! Why the f*** won't he just let me be!' She didn't know what to do. She just wish she could just have this force field that would make her be by herself for one night and not 1 centimeter from someone's face. Then suddenly spikes came out of her skin. It came out on her arms, legs, belly, and back only. But they weren't that pointy. That made Raph wake up. As soon as he woke up the first thing he saw was Ruby. Then all the spikes in her skin disappeared. Ruby's face was as red as his mask. Then they were separated. Raph let go of her. "What the f*** was that?!" Said Ruby trying to cover up her face. "What? When I woke up you are on me." "That's because you thought I was Spike, and you were holding me, and, and, you were!" "Wait! I thought you were Spike?" "Yeah! What ya think?!" There was a silence in the room. "Who is Spike anyway?" "My pet." "You know what let's just forget this ever happened in our lives and go to sleep. Ok? Ok." Said Ruby facing the opposite side of Raph in the bed. "Why didn't you stop me?" "What are you talking about?" Asked Ruby not budging to move. "Why didn't you wake me up?" "Uh........" Ruby was silent. Her face was still as red as a lady bug. "Shut up and go to sleep..." She answered. "Dude I want to know." "I said shut up and go to sleep." Then suddenly Ruby was turned around in the bed. She was facing Raph. "Just tell me the truth!" "!?!" Ruby was a little bit surprised of the way he acted. "Um......" There was yet another moment of silence. Ruby's face still remained the same color. "Raph?" There faces were literary an inch apart. "I... Uh... I, don't, know..." "..." "Some things are better left unsaid...I-i guess..." (I love that song by Ariana Grande called "Better Left Unsaid" and "Focus" and "Sad Serenade" by Selena Gomez and "Dollhouse" by Melanie Martinez and- [Beast Boy: Dang. How many songs and artist do you like?] Too many to keep count of. Anyway back to the story.) "Tell me. How do you feel about me?" He asked. "I..." There was silence through the room. Ruby got closer. They were only a centimeter apart. "I think... I'm in..." Ruby got lost in his eyes. (Here comes the romantic part. If you hate romance then you'll hate this story. If you like death then stick around for the ending of this story. Or if it's the other way around then do the opposite. Wait. I just confused myself. Sorry for speaking randomly during the story.) Ruby started to close her eyes. "I-i think I-I'm in......". "In......L-love..." Then their lips touched. She put her arms around Raph. They were kissing. That, yet, only lasted for 2 minutes. Then she stopped. Her face was red but she didn't care. It was hard to tell where his mask was once his face was red. She then stared at his eyes. Once Ruby noticed what she just did she instantly froze. "S-sorry! I, uh... Um..." "No it's fine." Raph stated. "Really cause I just... Um... You know... Are we a... Um...thing now?... Arg... Uh..." Ruby was starting to sweat a little. It came from a romantic scene to an awkward moment. "Ha... Um... Never knew I'd do that." Said Ruby blushing. "Yeah..." Then suddenly she started to glow a light red. Then it happened. She fused.
