This chapter gets VERY explicit. Heads up.
I
woke up with the biggest smile on my face.
Today was me and Daniel's anniversary.
Five damn years with the kid.
I got up and cleaned the house up a little.
Havana fortunately woke up when I was done with everything.
"I'm hungry mommy " she said sleepily.
"What you wanna eat? " I asked her.
She touched her chin like she was thinking.
I giggled a bit. She acts just like her dad.
She walked in the kitchen and I helped her open the fridge.
"Hash browns. "
"That's all? " I ask.
She shrugged her shoulders.
"Okay. Ima make something else with it. Go sit down monkey. Ill call you in here when it's ready. "
I pulled out her hash browns, some eggs, and cheese for grilled cheeses.
After about twenty minutes everything was done.
"Rose. Come eat. "
I heard her tiny feet running to the kitchen.
I loved my baby girl so much. She's my everything. Just the little things about her I adore. I thank God everyday for her and daniel.
Thanks to Daniel we have two beautiful children.
"I love you rose " I said while strapping her in hee high chair.
"I love you too. Where's Tete? "
"Tete at home. You want me to call her for you? "
She shook her head yes.
I grabbed my phone and called Diana.
"Hello? "
"Tete! Tete! Tete! I miss you!" Havana screamed into the phone.
"I miss you too tete baby. You want me and Rasheed to come over? We bored."
"Yeah! " she jumped around in her chair.
I grabbed the phone and laughed.
"Girl she something else. Ill see y'all in a minute. You made breakfast? "
"Yeah. Rose wanted Hash browns, so I made that with eggs and grilled cheeses. Rose been asking for her tete for days. "
"How cute. We'll be over in a minuet."
Soon after we hung up she was banging on my door.
Grandma rushed downstairs.
"You don't know how to knock heffa? "
"You don't know how to switch ya wigs up bat? "
I died laughing.
These two Get on my last nerve.
"Anyway, I'm going out with Mr. Johnson in a few minutes. " granny said.
"Not looking like that! Its snowing and you have a dress on " I scolded her.
"Fine mom. Oh. And happy anniversary. " she winked.
"I almost forgot bitch! Happy anniversary. " Diana hugged me.
