The Undying Love of Damon and Elena

Chapter Fifteen

Katherine's POV

I saw Damon walk out of the boarding house. This is the perfect time for me to my move.
I quietly opened the door hoping that Elena doesn't hear me. I checked the living room but there was no one there but loud music playing through the speakers. So I went to Damon's room and luckily Elena was in bathroom taking a shower. She got out of the shower to change and I used my speed to go behind her back. I know she felt me behind her when she turned around her eyes filled with fear.

"Katherine" she spoke with hatred.

"Hello my doppelganger." I smirked to piss her off.

She was about to lunge at me but I was too quick. I snapped her neck and she fell on the floor. I heard the baby cry because the noise startled her. I went by her side and touched her cheek softly. I remembered what it was like to have a baby, but she was taken away from me after she was born. A tear fell down my cheek and I quickly wiped it, I have to do this for my own sake. I carried the baby in my arms and quickly went out of sight before Damon knows what I did.

Damon's POV

There he is, the reason why my family is in danger and the reason why my brother is not himself lately. Somebody told me that he was back in town so I had to see for myself. I went inside the door and luckily no one owns the house so I can just vamp speed my way in.

"Hello mate, what brings me the pleasure of having you here in my lovely home." he said with his usual smirk that I am pretty sure he copied from me.

I went to sit on the chair but then someone stopped me. Suddenly I was thrown to the wall and when I regained composure I didn't believe my eyes.

Klaus laughed,"That is what you get if you barge into someone's home and be extremely rude.  Damon, meet my brother Elijah."

"What the hell? There is another evil hybrid in town?" I was getting annoyed already.

"On the contrary, I am not a hybrid. I am just the original vampire so technically you may be my descendant.

"Anyways, what do you want Damon?" Klaus asked.

"Why are you back in Mystic Falls?" I asked.

"I've missed my hometown,mate. Is that such a bad thing?"

"Don't give me that bullshit Klaus! I know you want something so what is it?" I was losing my temper and I can see that he was losing his temper too. Elijah was just staring at us rather amused with my argument with Klaus.

"I don't need to explain anything to you. Get out of my house if you don't want me to rip your heart out or better yet your family's ."  his eyes looked so deadly serious.

When I heard that I immediately knew why they came back. They were after my family. I immediately went to my car without saying another word and drove as quickly as I could.

Elena's POV

I heard someone shouting my name but I couldn't see clearly and my neck hurts badly. Then I felt Damon's arms carry me from the ground, he put me in his bed. Slowly, I regained consciousness to see Damon's face full of worry.

"What happened?" he asked.

"Katherine happened!" I said with so much "Damon, she took Davina."

Damon's face immediately turned from worried to deadly in a split second.

"That bitch! I knew something was up when I heard that Klaus was back in town." Damon said angrily he was ready to kill someone with just the tone of his voice.

"Damon, I'm scared. What if we can't find her?" I said tearing up.

Damon hugged me," don't worry, we will get her back."

Damon's POV

We immediately went down to the cellar and let Lexi know what happened, but the problem was Stefan still needs to be babysitted. So we called Caroline, Bonnie, Jeremy, Alaric, Matt and even Rebekah. They were all willing to help and Elena told them to meet us at the boarding house to discuss the plan.

-15 minutes later-

Everyone arrived already and we've already filled them in on the details. We were all in the living room talking about what to do and how will we get Davina back. Bonnie suggested that she can do a locator spell to find Davina and she could use me and Elena as a connection.

She told us to get a map and candles so Jeremy went to get them. She laid it out on the table and told me and Elena to cut ourselves so that our blood will drop to the map. Then she told me and Elena to hold her hand then she started chanting a spell and the blood started to move towards the north. Eventually, it stopped and when I looked at it I immediately recognized it.

"I know where she is."

Finally! I was able to upload another chapter. I am so so sorry for the late upload. I've just been very busy with studies, but since it is summer already I have more time to focus on this story.
