Chapter Nine

Elena's POV

I just finished packing our things. Damon came back to our room holding our plane tickets to Paris.

"Matt said he couldn't come with us because he has to work." Damon said.

"I understand him. I just wish he wasn't alone. Klaus may hurt him . " I said.

"Well, original blondie volunteered to stay with Matt."

"Oh, then that's good." I smiled

Damon hugged me and whispered, "Everything's gonna be fine . The baby is going to be safe . We'll protect her from any danger . So don't worry. "

"I hope so , Damon." I whispered back and kissed him on the cheek.

Stefan's POV

Why did that girl say that I knew her? I've never seen her before. But there was something about her that reminded of my past .... maybe it's because she looks like Katherine.

"What are you thinking , my dear Stefan?" Katherine said while kissing me.

"Nothing" I said kissing her back. I love Katherine. She's the only girl I've ever loved.

I rolled on top of her and started kissing her neck to her collarbone then back to her lips.

"I love you , Katherine" I whispered.

"I love you too , stefan " She whispered back.

Jeremy's POV

We were heading to the airport . Bonnie and I were discussing how to put Klaus down. I would do anything to protect Elena's baby. Even if I don't like Damon for her.

Bonnie said he could do a spell that would kill Klaus , but it requires a lot of enery and it might kill her. i wouldn't take that chance. There has to be another way. For now , all we could do is hope that Klaus wouldn't find us in Paris.

Damon's POV

The flight took 5 hours and it was tiring , but finally we arrived in Paris. We went to the finest hotel in town . I compelled the register to get us the finest suite they have for free. He called a servant to get our luggage to the penthouse .

When I opened the door , Elena gasped . I smirked and told her this was all going to be ours. She smiled happily and checked every corner of the room. She was so awed by the suite that I couldn't help but laugh.

Elena's POV

Our suite was AMAZING . There were 3 bedrooms . One for Caroline and Tyler, one for Bonnie and Jeremy , and one for me and Damon. Our room has a king size bed, a huge flat screen tv, a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub .

Caroline, Bonnie , and me agreed to have a shopping spree tomorrow . We were so ready to experience Paris . I'm very excited but Damon , on the other hand, wasn't too thrilled because he wanted to spend the day with me.

I told him we could do it in another day . After hours of persuading him , he finally agreed. Then , I kissed him and unpacked our things.

Katherine's POV

We were in a bar in Chicago because Klaus has an old friend here who is a witch.

He wanted to know if he could create hybrids even without Elena's blood. Unfortunately for him, Elena's blood was the only way , so Elena's baby is his only chance to creat hybrids if the baby is really another one of my dopplegangers .

Klaus only wants the baby because of his obsession with his stupid hybrids , but I have other plans with the baby.
