**PREVIOUS CHAPTER:"Wait what? What are you talking about, isn't it like 6 in the morning?"** Alex's POV:
"Nope. It's now 11 in the morning and there is no way we are going to get to school in time without getting detention."
"No way. You're kidding me right don't play like that." I started panicking a little because we can't miss today. Well I mean we can.
we basically did already.
Myles was sitting on the couch with just his shorts looking thru his phone.
"Oh f*ck it I guess one day of not going won't hurt right?" After I finished my sentence Myles looked up and gave me a hug. Not sure why but he did.
"You see no biggie. It's not like we'll miss a lot anyways."
"You're right. You want to go eat breakfast ?"
"Yeah get ready in 5. I'm taking you to IHOP and then the beach because it's a sunny day." He said while grabbing his phone, keys and pants.
"Ok thanks ugly I'll see you in a bit, don't forget to close the door if you leave." And with that I ran up to my room I grabbed my towel and took a quick shower. After my shower i wrapped the towel around my body and brushed my teeth.
I didn't know what to wear so I just got my burgundy bikini that I had bought a week before school started. After getting into my bikini (pic on top) I decided to wear a plane black shirt, some shorts, my black and white vans and a red flannel because it was simple looking.

After I got ready I put my hair in French braids because I didn't want my hair to be all over the place.
I grabbed my phone, my little backpack that had a towel and a canon camera, and headed downstairs. Once I reached the bottom I heard Myles mutter a gorgeous under his breath or I think I did, yeah I think it was just me.
"Hey I thought you had left to go get ready."
"Nope I stayed here because I wanted to wait for you." He said while smiling pretty big.
"Aww thanks looser." I said while giving his hair a quick ruffle.
"Ok, ok stop let's go." He grabbed his backpack and we walked out the house. He then opened my side of the car door and closed it right after I was in.
Such a gentleman
We stopped at his house so he can change.
"Wait here, I won't take long alright."
"No im getting down I want to say hi to lil jake."
"Ok but I'm not going to take long."
"Ok ." We got off the car and walked into his house.
I walked into his house to be welcomed with an all too familiar face and emidietly thrown into a big and warm hug witch I loved and missed.
"Honey im home." I said while Myles was closing the front door.
"Omg Alex. I missed you so much you never come to visit me anymore." He said while engulfing me into a big and warm hug.
"Aww dude I know it's all Myles fault. He's always in my house." I say laughing while letting go of Jake. Jake is Myles little brother.
He and I are close due to me always being at their house 24/7 when I was little. He sees me as his older sister. We tell each other everything and he's the only person that knows about my crush on Myles.
"Ok you guys are acting like you've never seen each other in a thousand years." Myles says while rolling his eyes a little.
"That's because it has been ages since I've seen my brother from another mother." I say while giving Jake a side hug.
"And plus don't get jealous that she likes me more than you." Jake then gives me a wink.
"Whatever we all know I'm her favorite now if you'll excuse me I'm going to get ready for our da- I mean to go get breakfast and the beach." After finishing his sentence he ran up to his room.
"Aww did you hear he almost said date." He said while jumping up and down like a little teenage girl.
Which he is .
"No. No he didn't because he doesn't like me in that way."
"Oh come on why are you so oblivious to the fact that he's into you. He likes you and you like him just grow some balls and tell him before it's too late."
"Ok now you're just talking crazy because he doesn't like me and you know it."
