Irritating (Jumin x Zen) -ON HOLD-

Having Zen live with me was amusing. Extremely amusing. He obviously got flustered easily, no surprise considering his tendency to get angry quickly. It would be a lie to say I wasn't acting like this deliberately. 

It really was entertaining.

I sat in my room, leaving behind a red faced Zen. I took out my phone and decided to check the time. I began the count. 

Five.

Four.

The footsteps began.

Three.

They grew louder.

Two.

Louder.

One.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

"What is it?" I asked, suppressing a small smile.

"Can I come in?" Zen's voice sounded defeated.

"Sure."

Zen walked in, eyeing me with a look of distaste that made me feel a strong sense of accomplishment. He stood by the foot of the bed on which I sat and glared at me. 

"I don't see any point in you just standing there, would you like to take a seat?"

"I'll take it and smack you with it."

"Sit."

"Oh, so now  I'm a dog?"

"Well would you rather be a cat?"

For some reason, a light shade of pink dusted his cheeks. I wasn't sure why but I didn't think too much of it. 

"Sure." He said, quietly.

I laughed internally even though I was certain he said that by accident. "Okay kitten."

Zen groaned. He thought that was bad, I was going to keep that nickname for as long as it irritated him.

Of course, most of my behaviour wasn't just because I was a jerk. Although I'd hate to admit it, I held quite a liking to the white haired man. I wasn't sure exactly what emotion I felt for him but I knew it wasn't negative, as many have assumed, as I have let them.

"So... how's life." I nearly laughed aloud with Zen's awkward start at trying to begin a conversation.

"How about you sit down first kitten?"

He sat down reluctantly and looked at me. 

"Would you like me to hire you some bodyguards?" I asked.

"What's the need, I'm living in your place now anyway."

"Hmm, yes, but maybe if I got your security tightened then you could leave earlier and get some bodyguards. 

An unknown emotion flickered violently in his eyes. "It's... fine. I'll survive here." He smiled, "It's only a week, I'll go home when it's safe."

I felt uneasy. "You'll go home when it's safe. But that could be never." Zen opened his mouth but I continued to speak, "I know that Luciel thinks it will be fine, but the hacker would obviously strike the moment you return and let your guard down, not just give up because you were gone for a while."

"Yea...yeah, you have a point."

"I'll send people over to start sorting out the security system in your house, when that's done I'll send some bodyguards with you home." 

I wasn't telling him why. The thing was, it would be far more safe for him to go to his own house. Since the unknown hacker was targeting the RFA's most well known members, he had obviously gone for Zen first thinking of him to be an easy target. Zen's guards were nothing compared to mine, mine were much more well trained. If I sent him home with safer security than me, it would only take a few days for the hacker to realise and target me instead, since I am an extremely well known figure as well.

Don't get me wrong here. I'm not trying to do some 'sacrifice for a distraction' bullshit, I'm not an idiot. What I was trying to do was lure the hacker into my place, and capture him. I knew I could trust myself more than anyone, it had nothing to do with ability, I knew that I would do exactly what I wanted, no worries.

Zen's voice cut me off my train of thought. "I'd rather stay here, safety in numbers, right?"

"Who would have thought Ryu Hyun would ask to stay in my house?" 

"Jumin."

"Sure, if that's what you want. But if it does get too dangerous... just know I won't be letting you go. You should take the chance now while you can."

Jumin's point of view for the first time. Thought I'd mix it up finally, but I'm more comfortable writing Zen's so this chapter might have been kinda terrible. Was this chapter too short? I kind of feels like it. Hope you liked it.
