Kei's POV
Thirty minutes in, and we were all drunk! Ash was holding it down a lot better, considering he drinks more often, so Jake and I were sticking near him for a lot of the time. Jinxx had gotten drunk first and stupidly let me off my limit for the night.
"Okay, Kei, I think you've had enough!" Ash said as I finished another mike's hard lemonade. I still wasn't allowed to drink anything else.
"What, but I've only had like 6!"
"And that's enough! We don't want a repeat of the vengeful drunk!"
I laughed hysterically and playfully hit his arm. "Fiine, whatever!" I turned to Jake. "Jakeyy, let's dance!" He smiled and took my hand and we went onto the dance floor. I hated dancing. I was no good at it, and I had two left feet, but I guess I didn't care right now.
After a while of dancing, Jake said he was going to get another drink, so I found Tony and we started playfully dancing, like friends would do. Eventually Jaime, Vic, and Mike joined our little dancing circle.
"So, you ever partied like this before?" Jaime asked.
"Nope!" I said, popping the 'p' then started giggling.
"How much have you had to drink, exactly?" Mike asked.
"6 Mike's hard lemonades!"
"Dude!! You're such a lightweight!" He laughed at me, and I laughed along, too drunk to care. Suddenly, it felt really hot, but I was too afraid to go outside alone.
"Tonyyy, come outside with me. I'm hot, but outside is scary at night, I don't wanna-"
"Shh, okay, I'll go. I know how scary it is, I'll protect you." We walked outside together and I took a nice, long breath of the cool air. "You know, it would be less hot if you took that hoodie off."
My heart started racing. "N-no, I like my hoodie." I tried to think of a good excuse. "Wh-what if I lose it? It's my favorite!" I pouted, and he shot me a look of confusion, but shrugged.
"I guess that makes sense." We sat outside for a while, just talking about random stuff.
"Tony, can you sneak me another drink? I feel less drunk but I like being drunk!"
He sighed. "I'm gonna get in trouble for this, but sure, I will." He smiled and went back inside. I layed my head back against the brick wall and closed my eyes, enjoying the quiet. I heard the door open, and looked over, thinking it was Tony.. It wasn't. Jake and a random girl were going out of the bar. I quickly darted into the alley before he could see me. I knew it was wrong to spy, but I wanted to see what would go down. I wish I hadn't looked. Jake pinned the girl against the wall, kissing her passionately. He never kissed me like that. Of course, she was much prettier than me.
She had beautiful black hair, with a couple of electric blue streaks in it, and had a really nice body. She was thin, but her breasts were bigger than mine. I looked down at my stomach and pinched the fat on it, feeling disgusted. I looked back up to see him whispering something in her ear, then leading her toward the buses. My throat closed up. Jake had cheated on me.. He fucking cheated!!! Why the fuck would he do that? I stood up and came out of the alley just as Tony opened the door.
"Jinxx caught me trying to sneak you some so I-"
I cut him off by forcefully kissing him. If he was gonna cheat, so the fuck was I!!
Tony pushed me away, a look of bewilderment on his face. "Woah, Kei. You're nice and all, but Jake-"
I pointed to Jake, who was almost to the buses now. "I saw him kissing that girl... He obviously doesn't care." I reached up to kiss Tony again, and this time he let me. Eventually, I pulled away in a fit of sobs. "Why am I not good enough for him?? What did I do?"
