Kat was back in the office after a stressful couple days. It was Friday and most of the people in the office were flat out dead on their office desks, Katerina was one of these. Someone tapped her shoulder and she slid off the desk onto the floor, hitting it hard. When she opened her eyes she saw the familiar smiling face of Grace above her, waving. "Good morning Kat, nice hair" she was smiling too bright for the darkness Katerina had indulged herself within. Kat pulled herself back onto her chair and returned her smile "Good morning...ah Grace, did you get my bag, I wasn't allowed back into the office that day." Grace laughed "Don't worry everyone knows why you weren't at the office, Mr Smith explained it all to us in an email he sent us." Kat narrowed her eyes "Oh right...wait, Mr Smith." Remembering that he never knew she was there until last night she found this off. Curious to know she murmured to Grace "Can I see the email he sent you?" She nodded to her "Yeah let me log in on your computer." She typed away into her emails and up came an email, and it indeed read the name Jaspar Smith at the top of the email. She read as followed...

Subject: Absence of Katerina Hughes, Acting Industry.
To employees in the Acting Industry,
Regarding your colleague Katerina Hughes, she has been selected specifically amongst you all to accompany the singer Nathaniel from the band Black Abyss on an event over the next couple of days. As you have all recently found out she is pure so this alone time with our Rock-star manwhore may do her some good and in regards to him it’ll boost that whore-like reputation. I know this loss of colleague won’t affect your excellent department much but you’re all entitled to know.
Yours sincerely,
Jaspar Smith.
CEO Prestige Stars.
Kat screamed the whole office down. "I'm going to kill that bastard this time!" She stormed out of the room leaving Grace chuckling along with the rest of the office.
On approaching the office in Kat's usual manner she didn't knock, she just entered. Jaspar heard her coming a mile off and his signature grin appeared on his face. He was in the middle of writing on a document in front of him when she made herself known to him through her vicious growling. She bellowed at him "Tell them the truth about what you said in the email." Jaspar removed his smile from his face; looking at her he sternly said "I was just trying to help you with your problems." Kat stormed towards the door yelling at him "Forget it!" He grinned "Wait." She stopped and bitterly said "What..." He had an austere look on her face as she turned to face him, he demanded "Come here." She walked over to the desk, stopping in front of it. He handed her a slip of paper with a little bit of writing on it. "For the next couple of weeks you will be the band Black Abyss' personal assistant, meaning you'll handle their schedule and make sure they make all their rehearsals and appointments. You want experience in the music industry; this is the best place for you to start." For the first time Kat felt gratitude towards him but she would never admit it. She nodded to him and left the room.
Later that day Kat found herself stood inside the rehearsal stage room for the band, waiting for them. They were late. Katerina sighed, muttering curses about their tardiness. She glanced up at the stage, her eyes fixated on the microphone at the front. She walked towards it, eventually stepping up onto the stage. She grasped the microphone wrapping her fingers around it, as she pulled the tip of it towards her mouth. She parted her lips and began to sing...
Nathaniel was stood at the side of the stage, concealed by the shadow of the curtains. He stood in silence, listening to the voice without a clue that it was Kat. He stepped forward a bit, edging on onto the stage closer to the sweet sound of her voice. He halted, stepping back into the darkness after getting a glimpse of the side of Katerina's face. His eyes widened and he looked down to the ground, lacking any sort of motive in them. She stopped singing, and was too looking down to the floor, her eyes locked onto the sight of her shoes. A loud sound of clapping could be heard from the front of the stage room, but Nathaniel knew it was too far away to be the clapping of Kat. He edged out slightly, still trying to conceal himself and saw a member of his band approaching the stage. Kat looked up from the floor to the male wandering over towards her.
His name was Jakob and he was the lead guitarist for the band Nathaniel was lead singer for, Black Abyss. He had long, shaggy hair much like Nathaniel's but he had his own style of clothing. He wore a jumper over jeans with boots, all plain with no particular design. He had eyes matching the colour of his chestnut hair and was moderately good-looking in comparison to Nathaniel himself.
He smiled bright at her "Are you a debuting singer?" Katerina shook her head and laughed a little "Haha, as if I am." Jakob was confused by her humour and austerely stated "You should be." Kat finally looked upon him as he approached her in front of the stage. The intensity between them both as they looked at one another captivated the room. Nathaniel felt this too and for some absurd reason it made him a little unnerved. He stepped back behind the curtain yet again and then full speed ahead he stomped onto the stage making a racket "We've got a busy practise today so no slipping up guys." He stopped halfway on the stage, pretending this to be the first time his eyes met the pair. Katerina shuffled away from Jakob, turning herself to face Nathaniel. He frowned "Where is Damien and what are you doing here." Katerina stepped towards him a fraction before muttering to him "I'm your bands temporary personal assistant, since your manager is busy sorting something personal out." Nathaniel slammed his hand into his face, if he had hit it any harder his nose would have bled. Nathaniel moaned "Great..." Jakob curved the side of his mouth into an alluring grin "Well, I'm looking forward to it."
Damien finally arrived, he was completely different to Nathaniel and Jakob with long hair past his shoulders, dyed dark purple and very gothic clothing, all in black with spikes coming out of his shoulders and his belt. Kat was sat in the seating area of the practise stage room just watching them all as they performed songs from their new album.
Jakob was constantly looking at her; she was where his attention was solely at. Kat felt a bit uneasy, she'd never been given attention from a boy before and didn't know how to react.
