Chapter 13

I am asking will you go out with me (y/n)?" He said with a smile. "Yes, I will go out with you."  you told him. He was so excited that he hugged and twirled you around. Then when he put you down he kissed you. Andy's lips were moving in sync with your but you knew you had to stop. You pulled away and Andy looked at you with confusion written all over his face. "We have to go, Inna and Jake are waiting." You tell him with a little giggle that made him laugh. So you Andy continue your walk to the Olive Garden which was 25 feet away. You guys just walk in silence then out of no where Andy goes to hold your hand and you hold his in return. As soon as you guys entered the door you stopped holding hands because you didn't want Jake to find out. You saw Jake and Inna in front of you, already sitting down. So you and Andy go to sit with them. "About time you two got here. What were you guys talking about on the walk here?" Inna asked me and Andy as she winked at me. "Oh you know just about how the court case when and how it wasn't longer" Andy tells them. Inna just looks at Jake with a smirk. "Well Inna and I saw Andy lift you (y/n), why did he do that?" Jake said. I knew that he already knew what happened so whats the point of lying? I just look at Andy and he gives me a nod signaling that I could tell the truth. "Well Andy asked me if I wanted to go out with him and I said yes." I said very nervously. I didn't want them to freak out or get mad at me or Andy. Jake just gave Andy the stare of death. "Oh, well I rather it him than some other high school boy." Inna told me with a smirk. "Yeah me too. I was once a high school boy back in 1977" He said making everyone laugh but continued to say "We just wanted one thing........ homework answers." Everyone laughed. We knew he was kidding and I hope he knows what they want. But I guess he didn't because he said "Seriously though, they just want you for your body and as soon as they get it they will just leave you. Completely ALONE." in a earnest tone. I just nod and then the waiter comes to avoid silence. "Welcome to Olive Garden what drinks would you like?" She said with a lot of optimistic in her voice. "I want Coke" I told the waitress and everyone else said the same thing. "Well then that's a very hard order I will try my best to get it right. I will be back then" The waitress said followed by a giggle and her walking away. We just smiled at her attempt to be funny. Then as she walked away I was thinking about what to talk about to break the awkward silence. I hated having talks like that with adults. My dad never really told me anything like that but teachers at school. It just made me feel really weird, awkward and uncomfortable. Then I just thought about Warped Tour so that's what brought up. "So, how will I perform at Warped? Will I sing with Andy or will I be playing at the BVB tent or what?" I said confused. "You will sing with me. Why would you sing at the tent?" Andy told me. "Well when I sang at home my dad always got mad and said I can't sing so I just though that since I am not that good I will have to go to a place only certain people can hear me." I explained to him. "Well you can sing beautifully so you can go on the stage and sing a few songs with me." He told me. I felt really accepted with Inna, Jake, Andy and the rest of BVB. But to be honest that isn't really saying much I mean I only have 2 friends. Then the waitress comes back to take our order down for what food we wanted. "I would like the spaghetti" I told her. I kind of just tuned the rest of them out. I was just thinking about how I was just adopted by my favorite band's lead guitarist and am also dating the lead singer of the same band. I am so excited. I also just thought about what kind of things would change like will I still go to school? Will I have no friends because I kind of need school. I mean that's where all my friends are. Then I felt my phone vibrated so I looked at it and it was Tia she had texted me 5 times. The messages read:

Tia: Hi

Tia: Are you there

Tia: How did court go?

Tia: Are you alive?

Tia: Ok, I'm going to just assume your dead.

  (y/n): I am alive and we won the case

Tia: YES!!!! I knew you guys would

 (y/n): Yup and you would not guess what Andy asked me

Tia: What did he ask?

(y/n): He asked me if I wanted to go out with him so I said yes

Tia: Of course you did. Well Warped tour is coming here in like a month do you want to go?

  (y/n): Um about that I can't go

Tia: What?!?! We have gone since 5th grade! Why can't you go?

 (y/n): Well you see

  (y/n): I am kind of going to be singing there

Tia: Really? How? 

  (y/n): I sang for the entire BVB and they liked my singing so now I am going to be singing with my new boyfriend on stage.

Tia: Lucky you. Well I have to go talk to you later

 (y/n): Bye

Then the waitress came with the food and gave you all your plates. Without another word she just left. "So, who was that on the phone" Andy asked. "It was just Tia asking about court." I answered him. Then I got a text from Alex and it read:
